Have had this machine for over a week and have put it through its paces, easy to use, enough selection of stitches for normal sewing requirements with some embellishments! Good bright light and not very heavy. I did find it quite noisy in use and think a good padded base may help that. The cover is pretty useless and will obtain a bag for it. Have had machines that were all singing and dancing but which can be temperamental this one does what it says without fuss! So far.... do find that using good quality gutermann threads are far better than cheap stuff you get from cut price stores though.

Bought this machine a month or so ago so glad i chose singer really easy to figure out this is the first time i have used one, bought to repair my tent and i did it with great ease no fuss put correct needle in strong cotton and were off have made myself a few items too since.. i find it a little addictive fabulous piece of kit for the money

I am a beginner at sewing and it is so easy to set up . Comes with lots of little extras . Also easy to follow videos on YouTube if struggling to set up . Have made several items already and will definitely recommend this to new or advanced sewers .

Bought for my daughter. She loves it. It is a very simple machine to operate but has more than enough features. The cover could be a lot better.

I got this for my mam, she lives pink so when I saw it I had to get as a gift for my mam. She thinks its great. Its a nice little machine. Thanks

I haven't used a sewing machine for years,so I needed a machine easy to use, this fit's the bill .
