I run copiously and have relied for years on the Sportjock Super Sports Bra (small) to support the breast and minimise chest movement. This has always given me the ultimate support and I have not yet found another product that equals or surpasses this bra, when running.Both the Sportjock and Shock Absorber are similarly priced: SportJock £26.99 (Amazon December 2018 - small) and Shock Absorber £26.39 (Amazon December 2018 32F). Both come in a range of colours.Both are not underwired and have thick power bands and thick lined over the shoulder straps, to support and wick away moisture. Both bras are lined internally to wick away sweat and are lightweight.I find the Sportjock challenging to slip over the breasts but more comfortable to wear.

The BEST gym purchase I have ever made.I have size 34F boobs and I have never found a sports bra that doesn’t hurt when I run/ burpee/ squat jump!It is perfectly true to size, I am not even an inch out of bra! No upper boob spill no side boob and 100% no underboob! My boobs sit comfortably and aren’t squashed to my chest, they are roomy and aren’t rubbing together, I don’t get the pain in my shoulders from the weight of my boobs due to the way the straps and back is designed! And it’s SUPER COMFORTABLE, really good material and really pretty....I ran at full speed on the treadmill 15km ph and not even an inch of my boob came out/ nor did I even feel like I had boobs!

I have used Shock Absorber bras before, but the last one required one to dislocate one’s shoulder to be able to fasten it at the back. I’m glad to report that this new Ultimate Fly design doesn’t have that problem.On the manufacturer’s chart, this sports bra is considered suitable for pretty much every physical activity except for ‘ball’ sports and yoga. Well, I am using it for yoga and I can’t see why it wouldn’t be suitable, apart for maybe the upper fastening clip on the back becoming a bit annoying during supine poses, But really, it’s fine.This bra is NOT padded - something that one may want to consider as padding hides the display of the dreaded anatomical detail. I genuinely cannot speak highly enough of this sports bra.I ordered it in some trepidation, although the previous reviews all seemed good. Sports bras can be incredibly constricting, to the point of being painful, yet for me as a 36D they are essential.This bra holds everything, no extra boob sticking out. Although there is a clip at the back of the neck, I have found it best to leave that done up, and put the bra on over my head, then fasten the back hooks (like a normal daytime bra).The bra holds you beautifully on the treadmill or in yoga poses both strenuous and otherwise. When relaxing in yoga poses or pilates, there are no bones so once you're used to it you can forget you're wearing it.The grey with lime green showing discreetly through the double cup,

The product was used and tested by my wife whose comments and feedback were used as the basis for this review.Very supportive bra perfect for jogging and running long distance, although I dont run huge distances, I walk more than run but can see the real benefit of preventing your bits and pieces from being allowed to jiggle around too noticeably. This is perfect for any kind of exercise if you are at least conscious about the attention. Its not wired so is not likely to irritate or rub against the skin. The bra is made from 77% polyamide + 19% elastane give this a soft and stretchy sporty feel making it comfortable but supportive at all time. Available in several colours as well as a whole range of sizes to suit your build.

I really love the style and fit of this bra. I tend to lift weights and go running or cycling. I tend to only wear this bra if I'm lifting weights or cycling though, as there is too much movement and not enough support for me to run in this. I just don't find it as supportive as the B4490/S4490 range or the RUN ranges from Shock Absorber. It is really pretty and quite trendy though, which is nice to see for once in a sports bra, so I always look forward to wearing this one. I would recommend it for the style and for low-mid impact stuff if you're at the DD end of the scale. Defnitely not running though. I am surprised to see that it's rated by Shock Absorber as giving the same level of support as those other bras I've mentioned,

This is the first Shock Absorber bra I have bought. I was a bit nervous, reading the reviews, but took the plunge. I needed to, at 38DD I am causing myself a lot of pain trying to keep up with Joe Wicks. It took three adjustments of the straps to get it to feel marginally comfortable. It does reduce bounce, but not as much as I hoped. Maybe the comfort and bounce reduction will come with time and practice. Looks ok on. I can undo and do up the top clasp, but wouldn't recommend it - followed someone else's advice and left it done up. It slips on easily enough over the head once you have the back adjusted. My only concern is the loops and fittings on the straps are plastic. These dont usually hold up well with me,

My sister bought this in a size 34B, which is her true size, and this did fit well. However, needing to use this for playing rugby and running activities, it was not suitable for the job.It looks very stylish in my honest opinion, and is at a very very good price compared to its competitors. Unfortunately we had to return it simply because it didn't provide enough protection when she was running and she felt uncomfortable wearing it. I feel that while this does look great, it's not ideal for people with larger busts. Even having a cup size B didn't work out.I think if she went down a cup size to get more support it wouldn't have fitted her and I wouldn't be surprised if it constricted her breathing.

The first sports bra I’ve bought and I love it. I’ve actually worn it all day and night too as I was on a night shift. I can see me getting rid of most of my bras and just staying with this. I’ve bought a second one now. I’ve struggle with getting a comfortable bra all my life (I’m 64 now) but this has solved all problems. No more straps falling down (I’m narrow shouldered). No more bounce and ok I don’t suppose the body outline is ideal but a my age that’s the least of my problems. I did try one on in a shop to check the sizing though as I always have problems with fitting. I bought a 38F

Item came when expected and was well packaged. I usually have a different style of Shock Absorber Running bra and after reading good reviews on Runners World Website decided to try this one. It is much more comfortable than my usual styl, the fabric is softer and it is easier to fasten. If I was picky I think my previous style had slightly better support but I think it may be my fault as I ordered a size up on the back measurement as my last bra was too tight. I would say the sizing is true to size for this style. I would definately buy again but order my actual size and not go up a size.

I tend to find Shock Absorber bras a little on the small size, so went up from my usual size D to a DD and the fit was much better. The elastication around the bust area provides excellent support during exercising whilst remaining super comfortable. The bra washes well and keeps its shape. My only small criticism is that the back adjustable straps could be fastened more as I find the straps a tad not as tight as I would have liked them. Other than that- great design and the grey/green option looks really cool on.

Its shock absorber what more can i say?The best for jogging and long distance or any type of exercise.This bra is fantastic.Really good suport.This one i purchased is little bit more softer in the material and straps compared to the other running bra they do bit just as good.. I wear 2 bras every time i exercise,so im always on the look out when they have offers.Ive been a shock absorber bra wearer for over 27years.I only by the best because the company really thinks about whats best for women who train or run.

I have worn Shock Absorber bras for years and find them excellent for high impact sports for those us sized DD and above. This style does not seem to offer the full control of the Shock Absorber Run sports bra but it is very light weight and comfortable to wear. I find that they last for years and keep their function very well. They re practically indestructible - just make sure that you never add conditioner to the wash when washing your sports gear.

I’m a big fan of shock absorber and have had several types over the years. I decided to give this new style a go. As expected from shock absorber it feels pretty supportive. It also feels comfortable and actually looks good. The only issue is the sizing, it comes up big. I usually have to go up two band sizes in shock absorber but this was huge, I will need my normal bra size. For this reason I’m having to send back.

If you have big boobs you need this in your life!!!!!! I have never been able to run in a bra or do any sort of high intensity anything without the girls juggling about, but this bra is my saviour, even when I spend double the money I haven’t been able to get a sports bra this good, can’t recommend this enough, I always size down with my sports bras just to get that extra bit of support. Amazing amazing amazing
