First, it come with very poor packaging, basically the box was open on one side (shame Amazon).Second, I used for a long time the "younger brother" of this product SRT-321, which worked flawlessly for couple years, so I tried this one. Unfortunately it is sold without an actuator and his "pair" from Secure, SSR303 is not available anywhere on the market, making the thermostat a bit useless as I can't connect it with my central heating.I will have to return it and order a kit.

Don't take too much heed of the other reviews. This is quite a find and bargain.I've integrated mine with my Smartthings hub very nicely and easily. I've used a community developed device handler and SmartApp.I've hard wired on an existing light switch with a terminal block and then removed the original switch and put this in it's place... very wife friendly then!I can now assign actions to each of the four switches the device contains... this is very powerful indeed.
