I have had probably about 14 of these bulbs and had to return them all but 2 because of an issue that was a problem for me but may not be for others. These bulbs work well with Smartthings. Having bought two I decided to order a lot more only to find that an updated firmware on the newer models means you can't use them if there is no internet connection. With the first two if you powered them off and then on again they would light up. The newer models don't. Zipato technical support weren't very helpful and ultimately said I had to purchase, at a cost of £65, an hour of dedicated support. However they couldn't guarantee that they could resolve the problem if I did.
