This food seems to slow down the progress of renal failure. I’ve had two cats, both ended up with renal failure and were in very advanced stages, where I was told they would die in a few weeks. In both cases I immediately switched their food to this, fed them two to three sachets a day and provided lots of water. In one case the cat lived an extra year and the other lived an extra seven months. They were relatively healthy up until the last week of their lives and there states improved upon switching to this product so I would highly recommend it.Sometimes they can be a bit funny about the taste but persist because it’s definitely worth it. To start them off you can add the gravy from a tastier cat food to this to boost the flavour,

My 13 year old cat has been on RC Sensitivity diet for about eight years having been diagnosed with IBS but has only ever picked at the food, mostly licking the gravy and has always been thin as a result. Mealtimes felt miserable affairs and administering steroids to encourage his appetite from the vet became a battle ground and the whole arena of mealtimes became worse. Blood tests showing that his kidneys are slightly failing a couple of months ago prompted me to try the RC Renal in place of the Sensitivity, and guess what? He adores it, wolfing down food for the first time in years and gaining weight too. One happy cat and his kidneys being suppoted too.

Very quick delivery. My cat is a rescue cat we have had for 16 years. My vet says she is anywhere between 19 to 21 years old and unfortunately has age related kidney disease. She is a very fussy eater at the best of times so I slowly introduced her to this diet and she loves it. She has very few teeth and being a wet food she has no trouble eating this. Overall a happy owner and cat.

My cat has thrived on this for over three years and my other cat will eat it if allowed. Cat's are fussy eaters so I don't think it's right to condemn a product on whether a cat eats it or not. I feel my cat has had three years of extra life through good food and medication and will stick to my Vet's recommendation.

So far so good. My cat adjusted to this food after a bit of a struggle. She is now eating more regularly without vomiting and has put on some weight. Only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is the cost of the food.Otherwise food arrived quickly and was well packed.

My 19 year old Birman loves the gravy but struggles with the solid food, she tends to lick it dry and leaves the rest. Vet says her teeth are the problem, obviously loves the taste. A soup would suit her better I think, same taste, cannot fault it.

This is helping my little cat with maintaining and alsogaining much needed weight. I wouldn't be without it now. The chaps that deliver it are fantastic helping with moving the box so I can get in it safely :-)

This product was recommended by a friend. My cat's a very picky eater and he seems to really enjoy this. Goods received very swiftly and were exactly as advertised. I wouldn't hesitate to order again.

Delivered the next day as stated, its cat food so can't really talk about the taste! Good value, but not as reasonably priced as it used to be.

My cat hoovers it up, I can only put down half a sachet at a time or he eats it all and looks for more. Looks and smells appetising.

I think the food looks good for my old cat, but just 4* as he wants his old food. Cheaper than buying from vets. Will be buying more

Five star for seller. Product not so much as the cats don't like it and won't eat it. They eat the tuna flavour but not the chicken
