They are just as most of the positive reviews described, so very comfortable and the heel is a perfect height.Size wise they are slightly on the tight size. Depending on the make I sometimes fit a size 3, sometimes a size 4 but I already have a pair of rocket dog ballet style pumps that I bought from a shop (got to try before I bought). These are a size 4 so I stuck with this. Wearing standard thickness sockies, these boots are only slightly tight across the widest part of my feet, but I've been wearing them all day and it is by no means uncomfortable so don't let this prevent you from getting these ace boots!Just be aware that the photo *might* be darker than the actual boots.

Gorgeous boots, lovely quality, but....Rocketdog- sort your sizings out! I cannot believe the company hasn't seen the hundreds of reviews on these boots that all say the same- the sizing is WAY out, and done anything about it. It's not a good reflection on the company at all.I am size 6 usually, but read reviews saying these boots come up very small, so order a size up. I ordered the size 7, and they just fit. Pretty shocking quality control for a company as big as Rocketdog to sell footwear that is totally the wrong size to people.This is why I cannot give the boots 5 stars. if it weren't for other peoples helpful reviews warning about the terribly wrong sizing,

This is my second pair. They are very fashionable. I am at Uni and I walk everywhere. They eventually become very comfortable after a few weeks of wearing them( would recommend to do that inside your home , save on the blisters!). Beware as the upper is not made of leather they do not stretch as much as you would think. If you have large feet or high instep they will not be comfortable. I can understand that some people will need a bigger size than their normal size but I think it is not a question of length of these shoes but width that causes the problems. Although sometimes half a size bigger for comfort or thicker socks might be a very good idea. Anyway I love them and Amazon has them for a very very good price!

Have struggled to walk in anything but flats since I was pregnant with my little one 5 years ago. These boots have changed that, amazingly comfortable; as with all Rocket Dog footwear, I have been able to wear this all day with no back or ankle pain. The heel is high enough to be flatteringly glam but low enough to be practical for day/work wear and the soles have plenty of decent rubberised grip. The colour is a beautiful tan/chocolate shade and looks lovely with dark and mid-wash jeans. The style is flattering with skinny jeans/leggings and bootcut styles. My only advice would be wear with longer socks if your going to wear these under bootcut styles as the ankle length dips and could be irritating.

I'm looking for a pair of boots for the winter and after deciding to try out ankle boots over mid-calf, I ordered the dark-drown in these. The boots are very good quality, solid and look great (although I think the grey boots would have gone more with my wardrobe). I like the Rocket Dog logo which is imprinted on the base of the boot and the manmade, kinda rubbery, sole doesn't make the usual hard-tapping sound when you walk. I'm a usual size 7/8 and I ordered a size 8 and they fit great with thick-ish socks. Despite all of the above however, I am returning these as I have quite skinny legs from the calf-below - I'm now going to shop for some mid-calf boots, which hopefully, when found,

I can't say these were a good fit or too big if that makes sense? I ordered a size up due to the reviews and I'm glad I did (sort of).The boots are gorgeous. They arrived quickly and are comfortable. However they are slightly too big as in very loose at the heel and properly fitting at the toe. If I had bought my size they wouldn't have fitted at the toe at all.As luck would have it I had ordered some heel cushioned inserts a while back and with those in they make up for the widens on the heel.In conclusion: buy a size bigger. Get some inserts and if you think that sounds too much wait to you see them and find out how comfy they are. It's worth it.

These shoes are very comfortable and look really great! The fitting, if ordered one size larger, is just perfect. I'm size 4 but after reading all the reviews I ordered a size 5. They are exactly what I was looking for to wear at my work Christmas dinner party which will be casual wear but these boots also look good if you're going out at night for dinner. I just love them!The delivery was, as always, very good indeed. The boots arrived after two days of ordering and it was already Christmas time shopping. Amazon has always been great! The best online shopping ever!!!

I would advise that anyone buying these beautifully made and gorgeous looking boots to buy a size up. I'm a 7 and in both pairs of Rocket dog ankle boots I had to buy an 8.Apart from the sizing issue I can honestly say I have no other problems with the boots. They are well made, look great on, feel great on, I have worn these for hours on end and the insole is more like memory foam so it feels comfortable when you put the boots on. I just love these boots and like I said before, I have 2 pairs in different colours and will be buying more.

I always get my boots from Rocket Dog, as I find they fit me well and seem to last. I wear a size 3–4 and got the 4, and found these a great fit. They are a little tight around the toes, but wearing thick socks to break them in seems to be sorting that out. I did not have any issues getting the shoes on or off, though I do have narrow feet.I wore these in the rain and my feet were completely dry afterwards. The heel is not too high, either, so very comfortable shoes! I love the look of them, too, so they tick all the boxes.

Love the style of these great looking boots, would be fab' and very comfy if they fit but they are way too small.Rocket Dog drive me crazy with their random sizing. I'm a (wide) 7.5 judging by the fit of most of their boots, however the size 8's in these are like a 7. If they did a 9(!!!) that was actually a size 8 I'd be delighted! But... they don't, so I had to return for a refund.- Side note on their random sizing: the 8 in their 'Mint' boots are huge on me so you never can tell *sigh*.

I am really pleased with these boots. I was slightly concerned about there being no zip as I have a wide foot with a very high instep. I admit it takes a little bit of 'wiggling' to get my foot in but it is worth the effort and I assume they will give over time. The boots are really comfortable and the heel height just right. They go with trousers, skinny jeans, long and short skirts ......... you name it, they go! Just what I was looking for. Contemplating the same boots in another colour.

These boots are really lovely. I got a size bigger then what I usually get and they are snug. I usually take a 6 and I purchased a 7. There is a little bit of space at the back of the heal but I usually wear thick socks with boots anyway so I am happy enough. They are tough like any other new pair of boots are and have to be warn in a little bit but still comfy enough to do this. They are super easy to walk in too.get a size bigger then you would usually get and you are flying.

I’m a size 4 in all shoes, so ignored other reviews on them being a small fit. Getting them on wasn’t as much of a struggle as I anticipated from reviews. If anything they feel rather loose around the ankle but the correct length for my feet. Really comfortable to wear, however, as it’s getting slightly colder (Scotland/October) my feet got a bit nippy so wouldn’t recommend them as winter boots for outdoors. For the price I paid I’m really please with them.

Very comfortable and stylish boots. I'm not one for heels these days but I do miss them and wanted something that was going to be comfy and manageable to wear on a regular basis. That's exactly what I got with these. Nice quality and super fast delivery. Brand spanking new at a low price for what I'd expect for boots like these. I have quite skinny ankles and they are a bit loose around them but nothing a thick pair of socks won't fix. Would recommend.

Been wanting these shoes for ages but regrudge buying them due to the original price but when these came up near enough half the price I had to get them. Was a little disappointed that they weren't more comfortable considering the original price was near enough £60 can definitely not wear them for the whole day, would also suggest going a size up as these were a little tight which also surprised me as usually shoes in my size are still a little big.
