These were a bit larger than expected, but they are SO COMFY. I am a size 6 and have fairly wide feet so regular fitting shoes are often tight. These were in the Black Friday deals so I thought I’d try them even though I thought they were a bit expensive. I tried them on and thought they were too big but I found them to be really soft under my feet. My husband said they look like Policemen’s boots and I agreed that under bootcut jeans they didn’t look the nicest, but I couldn’t stop trying them on, they are so comfy! I couldn’t bring myself to send them back though and I have worn them a few times. The loose feeling isn’t a problem, it just adds to the comfort.

Having had continuous problems getting shoes and boots to fit for years, I decided to take a chance and order Size 2.5 in these boots. On reading other reviews I gathered that Fly boots in general were on the large size and while ordinarily I would buy size 3, I definitely made the right decision. They are a snug fit and I am able to wear with a pair of normal socks (and not numerous pairs as usual to fill the boots up). They are extremely comfortable and with the deep sole you can't feel anything coming up through the boot as you walk. Navy colour is great for under jeans. Overall a great buy, definitely worth the money as I know with the quality of these boots I'll have them for years to come,

I love these boots - they are comfortable, tidy, and don't get ruined by salt lines in the winter on slippy paths because of the thicker sole! But - they are not without their problems - they were murder to get on for a good few weeks, I tried slippy socks, a shoe horn, brute force, wiggling - and this has resulted in the stitching on the rear seam of each boot bursting. The elastic has obviously slackened a little, and perhaps the leather has settled, because they go on ok now. They still do the job, just a bit disappointed about the stitching so quickly after purchase.

I read and re-read all the reviews... I’m 39 and work at bar hustling up and down and all around. Everyone said these boots were great for standing on your feet all day. What I will say is, if your moving ALOT they are not the best as they are not very flexible and the sole is hard. But they are very comfortable for standing. They ain’t walking shoes. That being said, they are extremely well made and I don’t feel I lost money on them. They won’t replace the comfort of sneakers (Which I was existentially hoping for) but are super cute regardless.

I have been looking at these boots for about a year and finally treated myself. I have only had them a week but found that they were super comfortable as soon as I put them on. This is unusual for me as I have wide(ish) feet and fat ankles. They are also really sturdy without being heavy and I get the impression that they will last a long time if I look after them well. Finding comfy boots is my annual nightmare. No longer, as these are perfect. They look great with jeans and trousers alike and I cannot recommend them enough.

I have two pairs of fly shoes and love how different they are and had also ordered and sent back fly boots befire...I have runners calves..anyway these are fine....( went for the ankle boot) I'm a size 51/2 so I ordered a size six...they took around a week to arrive, and are a tad too big to be honest, but, I'm keeping them, with socks and a fleecy insole they'll be fine..I need a little height so the wedge is perfect and they are very comfortable ....worn once and no rubbing or pinching anywhere...

I love my new fly boots third pair in two winters yet again so comfy like slippers the wedge give you a bit of a lift so feel a bit more dresser than my other two pair which are flat the leather so soft and I,m a size 6 always buy a size six and never have any problems with fitting as others have commented on so buy the size you now you are I got mine in sale too so got a bargain got my knee ones in sale too so got two pairs for the original price of one so watch out for sales with them worth buying

I wear these shoes daily and shoot for at least 10,000 steps in them. They are definitely comfortable. I like the thick soles, and slip-on (sort of)/slip-off quality of them. I do wish they had a little pull tab in the back for easier slip-on, but it's easy enough as is. I wore them for a week then ordered a second pair. I definitely recommend these. Nice height without too much 'heel' since they have a 1.5 cm platform even in front.

This is my third pair of Fly Boots, I just love them, so comfortable, I have knee issues so very difficult for me to wear any heels, but these wedges are great, they give me a little more height which I want, but they are so comfortable, I am an exact size 6 with fairly wide feet (though not wide enough to need to buy wide shoes) I find these fit perfectly. In my experience, Fly boots are so well made, they look great and they last.

Purchased for my wide, who swears by Fly boots and says they are comfy and hard wearing. They might not be the cheapest boots you can buy but they do last her all winter so she does only buy one pair every year, which I guess is a pretty decent investment.They fit pretty much as expected - not too narrow as some other brands can be. They are very comfortable for her, so can be worn for long periods with out any discomfort at all.

Great shoes for work as I am on my feet all day and suffer from lower back pain so I have to be careful what I choose. I have various Fly boots for this reason but ask one question to other Fly lovers. Do you have problems with the edge of the heels developing holes in them after wear and tear?? This is the only drawback as you can't have them re-soled and at around £100 a pair this is disappointing. I still love them though!!

I love these boots, they are comfy but look great. Bit of height without uncomfy high heels! I have size 8 feet so originally ordered an 8, but they were too small when they arrived but I noticed that although it said UK size 8, the box said EU 41 when a UK 8 is usually EU 42 and I usually buy EU 42's in shoes. So I had to buy UK9/EU42 according to their sizing. But they fit great and the boots are great quality.

Originally ordered a 5 - too big! re ordered a 4 - perfect! Other Fly London shoes I have are all 5's & are perfect- so please note you may need the size below as these come up bigger in my opinion & as they're leather they're only going to stretch & get even more bigger! BUT it's not going to stop me buying Fly - brilliant shoes - extremely comfortable & last years! Happy shopping everyone

The boots looked lovely but I have a few issues in that I have an artificial leg so I couldn't fit it into one of the boots. I would have loved them to fit but it wasn't meant to be! I do intend to buy another pair with a Velcro fastening at the side which will help tremendously with the fit. So I will be revisiting my purchase in order to get these wonderful looking boots again.

I'm pleased. Fit as expected but room for a pair of socks on top of tights.....makes them comfier for me. Worn this way, I can walk all day in complete comfort while looking good too! Good leather, polish up well from time to time. Other Fly boots I have are a bit too porous and look a bit scruffy sometimes. Not these! And a good price from Amazon too.
