After over 40 years of wet shaving I decided to have another go at using an electric razor. The primary reason being that I often spend time on my narrow-boat and to be honest I resented the time I had to spend each morning shaving. I was more than pleasantly surprised by the experience of shaving with the Remington F3800. I got a good close shave and the icing on the cake was no rash - unlike my previous attempts in the 70s with electric razors. The shaver battery life is amazing and I shaved for over a week and then some without needing to recharge.A purchase I am so pleased to have made despite my pessimistic thoughts on how it would perform.

I like this razor. It is easy to hold, gives a comfortable shave and is easy to clean afterwards. On the downside, the recharge takes 16 hours and on mine the low battery indicator does not seem to work, although it glows green when charging. But I wouldn't swap it for another brand and when compared to my Phillips 3 rotary head shaver, it gives a slower but better shave.

Very good wire-less shaver. Light, quiet and well shaped for easy handling. Does a smooth job & the battery lasts me for approx 5 days before it needs charging. The down-side is, it takes 24 hours to recharge, so I've bought myself a second F3800. For the price, it's a good buy.

great shaver the foils area bit pricey though as they come with the cutting heads too, for a wee bit more i was able to purchase another shaver but it is better than the rest i've tried

I now have 4 of these - 2 at each home - so it doesn’t matter if you run out of juice halfway through a shave. For the money being charged they offer brilliant value.

This is a same model replacement for a razor I have had for many years has always given satisfactory service, I would expect the same from this one

this shaver is a simple very easy to use product that is very effective, and not expensive, I have used several over the years.

I use this as a standby when I'm in a hurry, works well but have to watch charging, it shuts down quickly when battery low

The item was bought as a replacement for my previous Remington shave and it is excelllent in every way.
