Before I start the review, I would just like to inform you that I have been through five different headsets within the past couple of months, each of which I have had to send back due to comfort or sound issues. Today however, I can safely say that I have found a headset that I can actually keep! The Razer Kraken Pro is a very nice headset for the money and to me is the sort of headset that's not too cheap that it's rubbish, but not to expensive either. It is a mid range gaming headset, and perfect for anyone who wishes to game on PC in particular or casually listen to music on the go. I made the purchase of this headset mainly for one reason... comfort, comfort, comfort.I previously owned the Turtle Beach PX5's which were about £40 more expensive than these, and whilst they had very good sound quality, they were very uncomfortable and gave me headaches and jaw ache. This headset, according to Razer's website, is one of the most comfortable in the world, and I can see why they've made this statement. Whilst I have not tried every headset in the world, I can safely say these are extremely comfortable, with thick (but soft) cushioning and really nice flexibility for the headset to fit any head shape. Aside from the headset just being able to extend and retract to different headband sizes, it also has individual ear cup rotation, which works perfectly in my opinion. The headband itself is also very nice, offering breathable material with a soft but sturdy design. The headband reminds me of a pocket sprung mattress with two hard layers on the top and bottom and with a springed mechanism in the centre which allows it to retract up and down.Anyhow, so with comfort at a 10/10, lets get into sound quality. The Razer Kraken Pro is an analog headset, so you won't be expecting outstandingly crisp audio when you first try them out. As I said before, I previously owned Turtle Beach PX5's, and these were virtual 7.1 surround sound, so I can make a pretty good comparison between the two. When I first played audio through this new headset it did sound a little bit muffled and tinned in comparison to what I was used to with my 7.1 headset. However, after a bit of tweaking and a few hours of use I was completely used to the new audio from the headset, and it sounds completely fine to me now. I would recommend anyone who buys this headset to download 'Razer Surround' from Razer's website, which is a free piece of software which allows you to simulate 7.1 surround sound with your analog or stereo headset, and it works pretty nicely too. The Kraken Pro is also pretty noise isolating, but I wouldn't say as much as people made it out to be in other reviews and videos on YouTube. I can still very much hear my surroundings when I have this headset on and I would say they're about 60% noise cancelling. This is due to the over ear design of the ear cups which are almost like having your hands over your ears. The microphone which comes attached to this headset is also a lot better than I was expecting. The way in which it coils in and out of the headset is very cool and makes the headset more adequate for when you take them out and about to listen to music and you don't want the mic showing. One thing to note is that I did have to adjust some microphone volume settings in Windows 8 as the mic at default was a bit quiet, so I set the mic boost to +20 and now it sounds fine. The mic also does not have a foam tip, so if you place it directly in front of your mouth you will get popping sounds when pronouncing P's and T's for example. However, the simplest and easiest way is to just place the mic head slightly to the side of your mouth, and then the popping goes away. The mic records in a nice quality and is clear enough for any in-game chat or skype for example. Obviously it's not the clearest mic in the world, but then not many headsets come with professional grade microphones :)Overall the headset has been money well spent, and with it being a Razer product, you're pretty much always guaranteed good quality. Despite all the positives however, I would like to list a few minor issues which make me give this a 4/5 and not 5/5.Cons:- There is no way to control the volume of your mic or audio on the headset itself, you must change the volume within the operating system you're using.- They do get a little bit hot on your ears after a while, but not too bad. They work as very good ear muffs in the winter!- The packaging is a nightmare to open, so if there is a possibility you might want to return them, make sure to open the packaging very carefully.- Only 40mm speakers. I would have liked to see 50mm for any headset above £60, but 40mm still works well.- The wire is a bit too long for my liking as many people don't have their PC or music device 3m+ away.- Similarly to the first con I listed, there is no mic mute button on the headset, so you have to manually disable the mic within your OS.Comfort: 10/10Audio Quality: 7/10Mic Quality: 7.5/10Design/Style: 9/10 (Razer products always look nice)Value for money: 7.5/10

Music and sound have always been very close to my life. Not so much in my early days, but as of my teen years I have always been accompanied by some tune one way or another. It should come to no surprise then that I have probably owned, in some form or another, around 20 sound- oriented devices. Headsets, earphones, speakers. You name it. Obviously, when the opportunity arose for one of our group to review the Razer Kraken, I was determined to be the one to get it.Razer has always been synonymous with gaming performance, and I’ve had a love-hate relationship with Razer gear ever since I bought my first piece of hardware, the first edition of the Death Adder, which still works but the wire connecting the USB to the mouse is worn out so it doesn’t always work. Apart from the Death Adder I have collected over 10 pieces of Razer equipment, the majority of which are excellent value for money but with the occasional waste here and there, as with the Carcharias headset. Reviewing a new Razer headset will be a good test to see whether their work on headsets has improved or not, especially after the disappointment of the Carcharias, which stopped working within a couple of months from purchase. And here we are, with this yellow beast around my head. After reviewing a couple of devices already, I have come to the conclusion that there are some aspects which the Kraken soundly (HA!) trumps other headsets, while there are others which while not as impressive still are very good for modern day standards. For starters, its appearance is probably one of the coolest among headsets, and that does not even include the fact that the Kraken is available in six colours, and neither of them is black or white. It is quite a bold decision to avoid the main colours while still having quite the range to choose from, but it probably paid off in the end since it will feature in a lot of variety in purchases, as opposed to other headsets produced in black white or red only. The headset also folds inwards where the ear cups stands, so it is easier for carrying around. This does not mean that the bulk of the headset is gone because it still will be a little big, but it becomes much more compact. The headset comes packaged in a slick Razer box, coupled with its wire which is natively compatible with iOS devices. We were also supplied with an android compatibility kit which makes it practically compatible with anything having the standard 3.5mm jack. Whether the kit is supplied with every headset is unknown, but if it is not, it is worth picking one up, especially for people interested in the headset but without any Apple devices, since its performance is top notch, as explained below.Exterior apart, the main element of the headset is obviously its sound. Testing it with various types of music, such as electronic, trance, rock, pop and even Bloodborne’s haunting yet amazing soundtrack, yielded excellent results each time. The bass is so good you’ll feel every beat thumping in your ears, yet when the song is a slow one the beat is gentle and never ruins the mood. In games, sound effects hidden in the background become audible to the joy of the player, finding new life in areas explored thousands of times. The headset is also perfect for gaming because of its built in microphone in the cable connecting the headset to your desired device, and because of its small size it is never distracting. The mic is practically invisible, so much so that I had to read on the box to make sure it is there. In terms of design and comfort, the headset does not come with the usual removable ear cushions but instead standard ones which cannot be replaced. The ear cushions are not adjustable as well so it’s one size fits all, which may not be the best for comfort, but as I discovered after a while using them, sliding the cushions until the back of your ears touch the end of the cushion will not make your ears tired of using the headset until a good three or four hours, whereas simply just putting them on will make you uncomfortable after one hour or a little more. I happen to quite like this design to be honest, because with adjustable pads you need to set them a certain way and with time they will either wear out more quickly or just lose their setting and make your ears uncomfortable again.Basically, the Razer Kraken Mobile is probably the best headset I’ve had to date, and even though I have not owned anything from the top companies such as Bose or JBL, I believe that the sound coming out from this headset can compete at the top levels of music performance. The only thing left to judge is its longevity, since the previous Razer headset I had lasted a few weeks and left me with a sour taste in my mouth. Compared to that experience, the Kraken is a solid bounce ahead, with every single aspect miles better. With that in mind, one should definitely make a thought about getting this headset, since although a little steep in price, it definitely is worth every single penny of its price.

I don't often write reviews on Amazon, but I feel I should for this - because it is superb.I bought these headphones a few weeks ago, and am very pleased about my purchase. They're super-comfy, the sound quality is amazing, Razer Surround is phenomenal, and they're easy to use. There are a couple of downsides, like the no-frills design on the input front - there's no controller, all sound has to be controlled through the PC - but on the whole, it's great, and at a reasonable price. And don't think this doesn't have 7.1 surround sound when compared to the Kraken 7.1; it does. You simply download the software from Razer's site, for free (next year you'll have to pay $20 USD if you haven't already downloaded it),you configure it easily and there you are. It feels really genuine, and I have honestly - no jokes - turned my head in the direction of the sound several times because it feels so real and immersive. The headphones in pos and neg form:+ Very comfy. They are advertised as the most comfortable headset in the world and this is certainly not true, but they are very easy to wear and don't cause much disturbance to my ears or head. My ears aren't the perfect shape for these and so it can get a bit uncomfortable at times, but on the whole this is definitely a standout feature.+ Fantastic noise cancellation. I hear virtually nothing from my surroundings when I'm wearing the headphones, which may or may not be a good thing, but it certainly makes things more peaceful and absolutely increases immersion in games.+ Surround sound is incredible. As mentioned before, this is truly phenomenal. Though this isn't strictly part of the headset, as you can download the Razer Surround software for any headphones.+ Sound quality is great. Nothing exceptional, but there's no fuzziness or interference, it's very clear and the bass is powerful. In fact, too powerful perhaps. Lots of people say don't buy these because the bass is too high, which is true but you can fiddle with that in a few seconds to sort the issue out.+ Microphone is great. I needed a new microphone because my friends were always complaining about it, and now my voice is crystal clear.+ Works great with phone/iPod+ Cable is plenty long enough- Looks may not be to your liking.- Doesn't feel particularly high quality- No sound/mic control- Bass is far too loud out of the box (remember, this can be changed very very easily)- Mic can be difficult to pull out or retractAs you should be able to see, the negatives here are very minor in comparison to the positives, and honestly I don't feel they are important enough to give it anything lower than 5 stars. These headphones are basic, but for what it is, it's fantastic.

Before I start the review. There was a problem with the left ear cup, it would lower in volume and return later in the day, to fix this you need to grab the left ear cup, stretch it (it wont snap, very bendy) quiet a bit and let it go, do this whilst wearing it.comfortability- these are really un-comfortable for me, I think its just something to do with me, since its been tested and designed for it to be comfortable and be able to use of hours and have only heard great reviews from it being really comfortable, ignore this, its probably just an issue with my ears or head or something hahah. they just felt really tight to me that's allMic- its very good, very clear,it would be perfect apart that it picks up people talking in the background or tv. this is difficult to use as I share a room with other siblings. (NOTE this product does not come with anything to use for xbox or ps, you need to buy something to convert it for xbox or ps. works for pc though) For gaming online, I would not recommend unless you have your own room or live somewhere quiet because it does pick up a lot of noise (if quiet. its perfect) there is no mute button or mic volume.quality- the bass is boosted, this makes online chat much better as you can ehar so much clearer and all the in game sounds like, explosions or gunshots are soo much better. you can use this on your phone and is still very good, but the bass can be heard. if this is a big problem for you. go to your phone settings and find 'EQ' then click 'bass reducer'this will fix the problem. another issue with this is that everyone can hear your song your listening to unless your volume is 45% or less. still quiet loud even at this point. Its an extremely loud set of headphones. put at 100% volume at your own risk because even the headphones are vibrating at the volume. You can not adjust the volume on the headphones,so if your talking to someone and they are shouting, its can really hurt, especially if you cant turn their volume down. (not an issue with pc gaming as you can just turn the main volume down, and can turn your mic down too) These headphones are also amazing with dubtep or skrillex kinda songs, bass makes it a dream.Look- these headphone look 10/10 Amazing, the neon green makes it stands out, the texture looks and feels great, the material is a nice hard plastic that is very stable. the mic can also be retracted into the headset to make it look better, I use these everydayThere's not more I can say. i really liked this headset and would recomend. the company razer also makes one of the best quality electronics out there so don't think your getting a crap pair of headphones, these are first class. thanks and hope I helped

very bass heavy to the point that they begin to leak into the lower mid range however the bass does pack quite a punch with very strong vibrations which run through the ears and around the neck giving a very emersive bass. the highs are very strong but can very occasionally be quite sharp. after listen to several of my favourite genres (dubstep, edm, drum and bass, rap, trap) i decided that the sweet spot is in slower paced trap where the bass is very heavy and the main synth consists of mainly high pitch single beat notes as it complements the pros of these headphones. as for gaming the bass gives a very punchy sound especially when playing fps games.for communications however voices can be a little muffled as the lower mid range is quite overrun by the bass and the higher mid which causes most voices have the lower tones removed. in terms of functionality the fixed cable can be an issue for some but i feel as if it is strong enough to survive most everyday use. they are a rather chunky pair of headphones that, unless you have a smaller head shape, will stick out at the sides meaning that for most these wont be a going out headphones. for those who do/can wear them out the retractable mic is a great feature that allows for the mic to become barely visible without close inspection, however as of yet i have not been able to get the mic to function on my desktop which isn't really a problem for me as i have a desktop mic however it would of been a nice feature for monitoring the sound recorded by the mic with which would be an incredibly useful feature considering the superb sound isolation the pleather cups combined with the strong clamping force gives. as for comfort at first they are extremely soft with the gentle pleather cups and breathable mesh over the headband however over time the headband can become quite irritable across the top of your head and can require some small adjustments and before correctly worn in the ear cups cause aches around the jaw and ear area (i suggest lightly stretching the headphones by the headband for about 5 minutes before putting them on). overall i think that if you are looking for a relatively cheap pair of comfortable headphones that pack a very punchy bass with a lot of vibrations then these are the pair for you, however be aware of the headphones issues especially with lower mid tones as this can be quite a turn off for some people.

I have been using these for the past 3 years now so I do have some expereince with them.Pros:1) They have a very sturdy build, good quality plastic on the drivers with a kind of mesh material covering them.2) I personally really like the Razer logo and It is put on the drivers and the headband. On the drivers there is the "snake" logo and on the headband there is their name written which adds a bit of personal touch and are pretty nicely put on the headphones3) The cushions on the headphones are very comfortable and honestly the best headphone cushions I've ever wore. They are very soft to the touch4) The headband does have a mesh cover on it (but I will talk about it in the cons section)5)The height adjustment is very defined and you can feel every level that you go through.6) The mic is pretty good when connected to a USB soundcard7) The sound is also pretty good (but I have some negative thoughts)8) It also has 40mm drivers which are nice to see9) It has a frequency response of 20Hz - 20KHz which is pretty normal for headphones10) The headphones can be folded in for some extra portabilityCons:1) The headphone cushions are starting to deteriorate and the outer coating on the cushions is starting to peel off. Where my head rests with the headband, there is also some of the colour that peeled off2) The Rubber protecting the cable going into the headphones came off but I managed to put it back together with some super glue (but it is still very noticeable3) The headband isn't very comfortable and as I said, it only has a mesh coating. It doesn't have any cushioning which makes your head hurt after a while of use.4) They are very big headphones which can make them pretty difficult to carry even when folded in5) The cable isn't braided which produces a lot of noise while in use6) They have a big amount of bass which can be good for gaming but may disrupt some features like footsteps in game7) The mic doesn't have very good quality if not connected to a USB soundcard. There is a lot of noise produced with a good soundcard.8) They are very heavy headphonesAll in all, they have already served me 3 years of use and so, they do a pretty good job at being robust and providing some good quality sound.

Great headset.I've seen this asked quite a bit so WHAT IS ANALOG?? Analog is where you can plug your headset into a standard headphones port such as your phone or laptop. - This is the circular port holes in which earphones and such go into.POSITIVE:- Sound quality is good. I'm kind of used to it now but when I first got them I was like WOW THIS IS SO GOOD! Comparing them to my other headphones (which were £30) they're sooo much better on so many levels.- Microphone is good. It picks up quite a lot though; keystrokes, mouse clicks, people talking in the backgound and most notably my neighbours dog barking.- Comfortable ear cups and headband. My ears cup perfectly into the inside of the ear cups and the headband rests comfortably on the top of my head or hovers above it, either is comfortable.- Great for gaming with the Razer soundsurround software. With soundsurround enabled I can hear which direction gunfire, explosives and footsteps are coming from.- Blocks outside noise. Often when people are talking from within my room I can't really hear them which I think is great for doing what you need to do with your headphones on.NEGATIVE:- After a few hours it can be a little uncomfortable so what I do is I usually take it off for a few minutes or if I desperately need them I just adjust the height, either work.- Basic cable lead. I've had many devices with basic cables and they are so easy to ruin. They should've made it braided cable.- You can hear your real life movements when for example you move your head to the side (assuming your head is on a cushion). I've adjusted to this now and don't mind it so much but it was a real pain when I first got it. This happens with many headphones btw.~ I can't think of anything else to write here, there's not

Firstly,I ordered this well priced headset with retractable mic and it came 3 days after i ordered which i was very glad about. The Product;Sleek and shiny box that reeks of style. It comes well packaged so it will not get broken easily, however, it takes a strong hand to open up the box. That is no downside though.Headset is matt black and is shiny. The ear-cups are very generous with their size and make the headset feel like a cloud is hugging your listening devices. The retractable mic is very easy to pull out and is a good size. You cannot change the side the mic is and it and the cable are on the left side, so you may need to have the cable loop over your legs if you have your tower/computer on the right side like me.The styling of these are very good and nice looking when you are gaming but are a bit too large to wear as headphones out in the town without attracting some looks. The sound; First impression was outstanding. I previously owned a pair of Microsoft-livechat headphones and these were 10x better in sound and the looks. The bass is strong and if you install razor synapse you can add a surround sound feel to them. I don't kow much about mid highs and lows but they sound perfect to me. If you are not a pretentious audiophile these will be brilliant. If not, waste your money on a little more sound quality as this headset is a gaming one. I have tested this on League of Legends, FTB and payed a lot of music on it in a variety of genres and there has been 0 problems at all. They come with a mic splitter so you may plug this into any smartphone/tablet/computer to listen to your sounds. The price is totally worth it in my case as I also have a Razer Naga and have realized the quality of their products.Yet to find something wrong with this.5/5

Really nice headset at a nice price. For the price range I would recommend it, however if you can I think saving up for the 7.1 USB versions instead.Pros:For me personally it is a nice comfortable headset and I still stand by this for the year and a half I have had them but I know the circle ear cub design would not be a good choice for the people who prefer a more egg shaped style cupGood sound quality but not surround (you can use their Razer Surround software to simulate surround sound and it works pretty well)The mic is retractable which is useful if you want to just use them as your out and about headphones or if you just move around allot which is nice if that's what you needCons:The mic,The mic on the kraken pro is very annoying as it picks up noises you can hear through your headphones VERY easily which is very annoying if you use skype or anything similar. I have looked around and asked other people and it seems as though loads of people have this problem but I can't ever find a fix. It might have something to do with the splitter that is including but im not sure as i don't have another one to test it.The only other problem I have is with the mic too. It just doesn't come out far enough. I think the sound quality would improve massively if the microphone would be in front of your mouth when fully extended rather than at your cheek. Both these problems have been fixed in the USB 7.1 version which is only a little more plus you get the addition of it being Razer Synapse compatible. In my opinion, unless you are using these headphones on other devices that have 3.5mm jack and are willing to put up with the sound leak problem then these are not worth buying and you should save up for the USB 7.1 version.

I bough this headset about 2 weeks ago so I've got some decent experience with it now.SETUP: 5/5My favorite thing about it is the simplicity, just a 3.5 audio and a 3.5 mic cable coming out of it, super easy to set up.GAMING: 5/5I've mostly been playing CoD and Fallout since I got the headset. It's fairly easy to get an idea about where footsteps/gunfire are coming from in CoD, the bass is great so for games with a lot of explosions and planes the headset lends a very immerse experience. Fallout also sounds great, the voices are clear and and depth, and the ambient sound track plays well through the headset.MUSIC: 3/5This is the headsets one weakness in my opinion - the bass is overpowering with the mids being overly muffled.Sounds like your listening through a pillow. It's not bad by any means, but if your going to be listening to a lot of music and require good sound accuracy then this might not be for you.MICROPHONE: 5/5A nice touch is that it's a retractable mic which is convenient for when you don't want to look like an aircraft pilot walking down the street. I've been told that it's good quality over Skype.BUILD: 4/5Solid - it's hard to actually tell how big the headset it from the pictures, but it's pretty huge. It pretty much exudes quality, although it's made out of plastic it's nice plastic, very chunky. Razer claims that this is the comfiest gaming headset on the market - whilst I wouldn't go that far (after 45 minutes you start to feel a bit of pressure on your head), it is still very comfortable. Almost feels like you're wearing a cloud when you first put it on.Overall this is a nice solid buy, just steer clear if you're going to be listening to a lot of music on it.

Razer Kraken Analog Music and Gaming Headphones - E-Panda Hooligan EditionI had been looking for some headphones for quite a while and i was just browsing these and found a pair for £35 used but to be honest these where brand new not a mark on them and sealed in a perfect box. I decided not getting the 7.1 with mic, as listening to other people, the quality was quite poor, plus I use a blue Yeti as my personal Microphone also Razer's own software lets you use simulated 7.1 if you want to do so.Sound - not the best sound you will ever hear. The same as beats technical wise (20 - 20,000 Hz freq, 40 mm driver) the lows are very good, highs not the best but sufficient, you not going to notice much different to other headphones if your listening anything over Youtube or watching a stream, but playing games, movies or lossless music you defiantly will.Look and Feel - very soft padding around the ear cups, I can last around 5-8 hr before having to change to a different type of headphone, maybe my ears are bigger then normals people but after a while, the ear parts closer to my face start to hurt and I need to take an hours break, I think if they didn't press on my head that much this problem could have been solved. the good news is that they feel really solid and I don't think they will break any time soon. The wire is one of the things I love. It has a short 1.3m wire and a extender 2.2m for when you need to move around your room without taking them off.Overall - if you get them for a good price buy them, do not pay full price, this is typical of any Razer Product. Would have loved to see a bag included with them as i'v bought headphones that cost £30 and come with a bag

Bought these for the Misses so she's had the most of the use with them and she's been very happy with them so far.Pros -Can produce a lot of noise when you turn them up, very loud.Very comfortable. She wears them hours at a time when we're gaming and hasn't ever needed to take them off for discomfort.*Microphone is crisp and clear. The fact you can hide it away easily is quite nice. When positioned properly it doesn't ever seem to pick up any background noise. They look fantastic! Especially this bright green model. Probably my favourite looking headset on the market.Cons -*Microphone pick-up can be a little frustrating, the directional receiver needs to be really well placed so it doesn't ignore your voice when speaking a little softer. With her sitting next to me I always point it out to her when its not picked up a word or such. The few times I have worn them, the cans felt like they were big suction cups over my ears. I think it probably comes down to the headband pushing them inwards on your ears. However, once you get used to the sensation (its just a little strange at first), it didn't detract from their comfort during the one long play session I have had with them. While the drivers do produce a good loud sound when you want them too, and the bass they produce is quite good. I find compared to the Astro A40's I usually use, the sound quality just isn't nearly as refined. Which to me makes sense, these seem more the type of drivers built for power rather then clarity.Hope this helps give some idea of what these headphones are like!Dan

To begin with, the design of this headset is very attractive and it also feels good too. Another factor is the shear amount of colour choices. There are many to choose from but after a few minutes of scanning I settled for the green edition.I would rate the comfort of this headset quite high, as I can wear it for over 4 hours without feeling any pain or discomfort. It fits around my ears very nicely and with the adjustable head band it will fit the size of anyone's head. The sound quality is also very impressive. The bass is outstanding and they are generally brilliant to listen to music with. In addition to this, gaming with these on is very immersive and incredibly accurate, especially if you choose to upgrade to 7.1 Surround.Another great feature is the retractable microphone. I recorded myself talking and played it back (with audacity) and it was very good. However, it can tend to pick up background noise and sometimes even pick up everything that's going on inside your headset if you have your volume too loud. Something else I wasn't entirely satisfied with was how far the microphone went inside the actual headset. Once it was fully retracted it still had a small length sticking out.Apart from some small issues with the microphone, I would definitely recommend buying this headset. It is ideal for just about everything including gaming, voice recording, watching videos and listening to music. It is great value for money and with the wide range of colours it would fit in with anyone's colour theme.

This Product Lives up to the namesake of the Razer Brand. Although to be honest i have never had any type of Razer Product before, after buying this i will buy their products again. I have only used this product for a couple of days now and it has impressed me this much to write a review about it. Now onto the reasons. One of the key qualities of a headset that most people look for is the sound quality, in which this headset does not fall down on, it has the best sound quality of any headset i've ever had. second on the list of what this type of headset needs is the comfort for long hours of use, also this does not fail to impress because the headsets i have had before have always started to hurt my ears after prolonged use but with this headset i have sat there without noticing i have had it on because of the specially designed comfort pads.Although there is only 2 negatve aspects of this headset that i have noticed so far. One is that there is not a mute button on the wire and the second is that the cable that comes off of the headset is a tad short for what i like it to be. aside from these negative points too be honest this does not warrent me to take any stars off the score. In Conclusion this is an excellent product for those that want crisp clean sounds and hours of comfort wile playing games or listnening to music.

I've had these headphones for almost year and a half and they are still going strong. No hiccups or faults or anything of that nature.Pros:- The headphones are extremely comfortable to wear.- The sound quality is really good and you do get sucked into them when playing music or audio somewhat loud.- They look really cool and fashionable but they do look a bit big on your head.- The pull-out microphone feature is very handy when you want to use it for just music as it is very well concealed.- The 1.3m cord is easily enough and even more than you'll need to attach to your portable device or pc/laptop.- Having one connector that provides audio to both cups is less hassle than other headphones.- Like I said,i've has them for a long time and they are very durable and also moderately portable as you can fold them in.Cons:- At first they are quite uncomfy and kinda squash your head but overtime you do get used to them and you can wear them for long periods of time.- The microphone isn't the best but for gaming or using over Skype it does the job. If you're looking for a headset with amicrophone that you could use to commentate over games for Youtube, then i'd look elsewhere.I do highly recommend these as a budget headset for gaming. If you do buy them then I hope you enjoy them as much as I did!
