I love this product. I like many others I hate the packaging, a tube within a tube leads to uneven product distribution. I either get too much white cream and not enough of the clear gel or vice versa. But, I figured out a work around. I get a small airtight Tupperware bowl with a snap on, air tight lid. I cut the tube open at the end and squeeze all the white cream and clear gel into the bowl, mix it with a spoon and snap on the lid. When I am ready to use the product I dip what I need from the bowl. Works for me but its too bad they cant just mix it all together in the tube. The difference this product makes to my dry ends is amazing but don't use too much. A little goes a long way.

I have curly hair. It’s fine in some spots and course in others It gets frizzy with humidity. Pros: With this product I can wear it smooth or curly. It helps define the curl when I “go curly” and smooths when I dry and straighten. It does not weigh my hair down and actually makes my hair feel like I just conditioned it. Cons: it’s expensive. There are two different products in the tube and when you squeeze the tube you are supposed to get some of each. Design issue. You do not always get both products and one of them runs out before the other. However, even when only one is left still works great.Best product I’ve found in years for my hair type.

Worst dispenser ever. Not sure they ever tested it before putting it on the market. The product itself is top notch when mixed according to the directions which you cant do with this dispensing design. My hairdresser gives me samples in premeasured packets and it makes my hair look like shiny silk. Zero stars for bottle.

This is the best smoothing serum I have ever used! Apply to towel dried hair and blow dry before flat iron! Amazing results, keeps my hair straight for a couple days before washing again. Also stays tangle free and shiny! Love the humidity block it has! Will be buying again!
