These spanners seem like good quality. Plastic holder is functional and re-usable. The finish on them is tumbled except for the ends which are for some reason polished half way. Finish is not bad but by no means great.I would have been happy with them if they were made in Germany or similar as one might assume. Proxxon have confirmed to me when I emailed that they are made in Taiwan. Now, Proxxon are of course free to make their products anywhere they want; what annoys me most is the obvious efforts they go to to avoid telling people this.It is not stated on the product, packaging or on the Proxxon website, despite me searching everywhere.Very disappointing.

expected better quality, not worth it extra cost. go for the cheaper spanner set- Draper or Silverline.
