Was not overly keep on buying this spanner as at the end of the day it is a spanner with a large price tag on it. But I'm so happy I did. I'm an electrician and do alot of metal work. With the nut slot it is super easy to use. So well made I can see me handing it down to my kids. The rachet it super strong iv undone rusted nuts off my motor bike with it. The way its made It sits so well in your house. It has color coded bands to help tell what size you need with ease. I think the best thing about this spanner is it has an arrow on the rachet end to tell you what way its going. Now it sounds simple but I can't stress enough how much it helps. All in all yes this is expensive but they are worth every penny.

Bought this to try out the Wera Joker range of ratchet spanners after a tool van coming to my work showing them off.I bought the 8mm version just to try them out before forking out almost £100 for the bigger set and I must sayI do love this spanner it is the best out there in my mind. I currently use Gear wrench and Bacho and prefer this over the other two by far does not slid off of nuts at all making my job a lot easier. In tight spaces the ratchet is so fine allows you to taking nuts off with easeIt's just a shame about the price being so much, currently saving up my pennies for the bigger set

Yes, they're pricey but you get what you pay for. Another reviewer said they're not robust and slipped under pressure. I just rebuilt the suspension on a 32 year-old Mercedes. These spanners were abused in the process, performed perfectly and still look pristine. Other reviews complain they're not cranked. If you want cranked spanners then buy cranked spanners, don't buy these clearly flat ones then complain or rate them down - it's like ordering a new car in pink and then complaining when it arrives and it's pink. Anyway - great quality and very useful tools

My second Wera Ratchet Spanner so far, I bought the 13mm and was pretty impressed and have now bought the 10mm, these are the two most common sizes that I tend to use on my motorbike. I haven't ever spent this much on tools before - I have a Halfords advanced and Draper Expert set and the Wera are quite simply in a different league.I hope to build up a collection of all the sizes in the coming months and would recommend to friends and family. In fact, I showed a friend at the weekend, who will be buying also.

I am a 64 year old engineer and I have had ever type of spanner and Allen key every type and I can say WERA these are the best keys and spanners to use EVER. They make using so much quicker which in manufacturing is essential I have had, they don't break and look a feel so good to use. Well done Wera a tool manufacturer that thinks and looks after is users. There that bit dearie but worth it for use,reliability and speed on the job well done Wera you have some good engineers working for you. Perfect tools.

Use this spanner almost every day when tuning satellites. 100 times better than buying a cheap set as most of the ratchets will break after being used a few times. Can't go wrong price may seem high but when you use it you will know it was worth it. Hard wearing and light. Thinner than the majority of other ratchet spanners. I have dropped it from height and seen it bounce down scaffolding and not a chip on it. Worth every penny.

Bought 2 sets of Allen keys from wera and they are absolutely superb, so I seen these spanners and thought I'd give them a try(bought 8, 10 and 13mm). Despite the cost, these spanners are amazing, you don't get much better than wera for high quality tools that perform and last and will be buying a 17 and 19 for work. Delivery was spot on. I paid for next day delivery and they came the next day so I can't fault that.

Heavy duty spanner and real handy for me when I’m putting up sign clips in tight spaces. (Do this at work from time to time) as work In maintenance.It’s nice knowing the hex end of the spanner bites the bolt instantly instead of having the hassle of finding the right angle of the nut as you would with a standard spanner in awkward scenarios.

Highest quality spanner. Trust me you are gonna want to invest in the Joker spanners from wera. Are they pricy... Yes. Are they value for money... Apsolutely. No slipping or rounding of ends ratchet is second to none. You can put a considerable amount of strain on the ratchet and it wont pop like most other ratchets would.

Excellent ratchet wrench, really well made and I'll be slowly buying the set over the coming months.Quality too, that I expect to last me a number of years. Not overly expensive for what you get.I'm using mainly on my motorbike and ride on mower and they are perfect for this.I'd recommend without hesitation,

great spanner but on day one got it stuck inbetween alluminium profile after this i got to know its limitations to as what the smallest gap it can tighten on open ended part this is.Conclusion is its better than the normal spanner for hard to reach tightening and undoing but still will not undo some bolts.

I use a 10mm spanner constantly for work and this is a good improvement to the standard kit i am issued, just wish the 13mm version wasn't that bit more expensive as i need one. Wera tools are excellent quality. I do fancy the version with the canted ratchet end but at nearly £30 its too much for me.

Was going to get the cheapest well rated Amazon prime one however I’m glad I went for this. It’s a quality item build accordingly and features set it apart. The longer manufacturers warranty is nice and the price for under seventeen pounds at the time of purchase I think is a bargain

Great Little spanner hasn't let me down rachet is brilliant gets in tighter spaces than my previous also holds nuts in the jaw while your trying to get them in places where your hand can't! better getting expensive tools if your using it all the time and everyday!

I didn't think it was possible to make a spanner a cut above another spanner... I was wrong. It feels good in the hand and does a great job at what it was designed to do... Sure a spanner is a spanner. But I know this spanner will be around long after I will.
