This is a hefty piece of pottery that weighs around 860g empty and 1000g more when full. You'll need a strong wrist to handle it. The colour is teal with extra blue ... or blue with teal in it. Quite nice. It pours averagely well ... from full, if you tilt too much, you get two streams, one going straight down onto your granny's tablecloth. With a moderate attack it pours a single stream that's a bit 'fuzzy' and challenging to aim into a strainer. Either way, as you bring it back to horizontal, dribbles run down the spout. You'll need to catch those if you want to avoid a build-up of grot. Overall I wouldn't describe the pour as excellent and I certainly wouldn't risk using this over a delicate surface.

Very pleased with my choice, after deliberating for days across Amazon and eBay. This teapot is gorgeous - the finish is perfect, the shape is exactly as a teapot should be, it cleans really easily and it pours perfectly. I did read some negative reviews about the pouring so was a bit worried but went ahead with my purchase anyway, I've no idea what was wrong with their teapots but this one pours perfectly, no dribbles, slow or fast pouring. And did I say the colour is divine (I went for the blue teal) and is exactly as represented in the pictures which can so often mislead.

I decided to buy this teapot over more expensive Bodum glass alternatives as a gift. The teal glaze is brilliant as is the design. It's advertised as being able to fill 6 mugs but I just can't see how as it's only filling 3 normal sized mugs in our house. The teapot feels well made, the walls are thick and it holds the heat in for quite a while. The primary issue I have (hence a 4-star rating) is that when it is full (and it has to be if you going to get any where near to filling 3 mugs) the spout will create quite a mess as it's very good at dribbling.

Lovely teapot and the colour is perfect - it goes very well with the teacosy I've just made - I was a bit worried it wouldn't arrive in time for my purposes but the supplier replied to my query and even though they couldn't change the delivery for me, in fact the parcel arrived that day so everything was fine. It was very well packed and in good condition. And joy of joys, it doesn't drip! You have to pour it very steeply for it to even leak out of the lid... very happy customer.

I thought the teapot would be bigger but the size is based on teacups rather than mugs. Despite my initial disappointment (which didn't last long), I quickly grew to love making a pot of tea. It is such a beautiful teapot and you can fill 2 big mugs and then top the pot up with hot water for the next round, so it's fine if there are just 2 of you! It's a wonderful colour, a perfect pourer and keeps your tea nice and hot. The size also makes it easier to store. Love it!

It sits on my workstation patiently till I remember its time for a cup of tea. The blue is actually an unusual shade, very calming. It holds the temperature of the tea well. There are a lot of fancier shaped teapots on the market but I don't think one can beat the classic fat bellied model.

Due to unforeseen circumstances Sorry for missing return date for refund but can I exchange for navy which I should have ordered ? parcel is ready to take to post office that’s when I realised date I had it in my mind 15th thank you very pleased with tea pot quality

A great simple, traditional teapot.Nothing to complain about, just a plain big nice teapot! :) The color is nice, the size is quite big (definitely enough for two people or more).However, it does not come with a filter.All in all, pleased with the product!

Love this teapot. The colour is exactly as anticipated as it the size. It's lightweight compared to my old teapot which is a bonus. It does drip from the spout though, but most do! All in all I'm very happy with my purchase.

Well designed and made, medium sized teapot, does about 3 standard cup/mugs. Lovely colour, perfect for tea for two, just a shame they don't make a matching milk jug and sugar pot!

This is a lovely teapot. Very nice colour and it makes a great cuppa! From full it fills three decent sized mugs. It pours well without any spillage. Delighted with my purchase.

Excellent tea pot at a very good price.No dribbles from the spout, not to heavy, makes 3.5 mugs of tea. Bought one for a daughter who does not have tea pot for when we visit.

Great price. Good product. Not sure about the 6 cup per pot. 6 small cups maybe. But that's not a problem. I think it's a standard sized pot. Love the teal colour also

Superb quality tea pot. Just what I had been looking for. Beautiful turquoise colour. Holds 6 tea cups, or four regular size tea/coffee mugs . Price is a bonus:).
