Wanted a grill pan for ages and this fits the bill, the handle is detachable, and it has a glass lid to prevent splashes or loss of moisture so it becomes more adaptable. It can be washed in the dishwasher and that's a bonus too. I tried it out immediately with Sea Base and alongside the fish I also popped in some butternut spaghetti which cooks at the same time of 7 minutes. I did put some butter in the pan first as I like the Sea Bass in butter as I do the butternut spaghetti. Really turned out well and tasted great as I love fish. Pan was dismantled and popped into the dishwasher minus the handle. Medium to lightweight with a non-stick surface for cooking steaks which my Son will do when he comes home.

The BEST grill pan I have ever owned, and I have had and disposed of many so far!!Solid coating! Really non-stick surface that can cook with really no fat/oil used! Incredibly easy to clean, ensemble and dis-ensemble!Perfect fit of the lid with no fat spitting all over your cooker, or smoke in your kitchen!Only negative is, the pan is very heavy, so if U are skinny/frail person, maybe look for a lighter weight option!Make sure to soak it in hot water and washing up liquid after use, and clean with a sponge, but do NOT use hard metal scraper cleaners or strong detergents/oven cleaners on it!! Enjoy ;) !

Fantastic! It really is 28cm wide and has revolutionised the way we cook meat - it's like having an indoor barbecue. The lid is a plus, the no-stick works well and the price is well below the high street. Light and compact too (the handle comes off for storage). But I think it's really important to follow the (French) instructions to maintain performance.

Excellent product. Lightweight and easy to handle this grid pan is perfect for grilled vegetables and meat. It can be cleaned really easy and the detaching handle is a bonus if you need to leave it in the over.

I have been looking for a grid pan with a lid in stores for months and it was a complete waist of time. It is very useful to grill meets and veggies and it is easy to store despite the cumbersome look.

I had a similar pan before but was rubbish. This one is amazing. Easy to clean and plus bonus is that comes with lid and the handle is removable.

Bought for my daughter. This will stop her setting off her smoke alarm and the fire brigade turning up !!!

Good pan which is easy to use and clean. Good quality but heavy. Removable handle which is convenient.

So easy to use and clean. The clear lid (with vent) makes this pan the best.
