Having bought this product i was a little dissapointed to find out it was an old model, however after contacting the very helpful staff at Plantronics they have informed me that there is a new range about to launch in May which in hindsight i would have waited for.I am still really liking these entry level ones, however roll on May when i can upgrade to the new wireless X95.

THIS HEADSET IS THE BEST ONE FOR THE 360 WITHOUT DOUBT.HAD THIS SET FOR THE LAST YEAR WITH NO PROBLEMS,ITS COMFORTABLE WITH NICE SOUND(LOUDER AND MORE CLEAR THAN THE MICROSOFT ONE).JUST BUYING ANOTHER ONE AS IVE JUST SAT ON THEM WITH MY 18ST WEIGHT.AMAZINGLY THEY STILL WORK BUT A LITTLE OUT OF SHAPE.
