This is the only Paul Mitchell shampoo I have ever tried and it is quite nice.It is a light everyday shampoo that cleans your hair without stripping it of all the natural oils. The smell is nice as well and it's cruelty-free, which is awesome. Although it is a light shampoo it cleans really well so I tend to alternate it with a nourishing shampoo.Still prefer the Revlon shampoos but since they are not cruelty free I have been using this one and I'm happy with it!

I was recommended by my hairdresser to use this shampoo as I have very coarse, frizzy hair! After first apllication I felt my hair was incredibly smooth and it made the job of blow drying and straightening so much easier! Strongly recommend Paul Mitchell Smoothing Shampoo! Thank you.
