I bought this shampoo on the recommendation of a friend whose daughter swims a lot and has very fine fair hair which tends to turn green as a result of chlorine. She said that it worked better than anything else she had tried and that her daughter's hair was lovely and silky and totally chlorine free after she used it. So I bought some from Amazon and tried it on my hair and my son's hair and I definitely agree with her assessment. Using my normal shampoo it took at least three days of washing my hair every morning before the chlorine came out, but the Paul Mitchell Three shampoo takes out all the chlorine from my hair and my son's hair with only one wash.

I swim very frequently & for years have used 'Ultra Swim' to get rid of the chlorine in my hair, but the British version of this product has now been discontinued. I did some internet research & found Paul Mitchell Shampoo Three which is supposed to do the same job. It's a bit more expensive, but if (having tried it) you buy the larger packs through Amazon, it's reasonable value. Having now used it for a month or two, I can say I like it very much - rather more than Ultra Swim, in fact! It has a much more pleasant smell, gives your hair that 'squeaky clean' feeling (literally) & gets rid of the chlorine. Highly recommended.

Shampoo Three is a great shampoo from Paul Mitchell. It depletes the hair of any products, like hairsprays, wax, etc. etc., making your hair squeak like you've never heard it before! Can't believe my husband decided to try it and now won't use anything else either. My hairdresser first got me started with it and one of the great conditioners in this range. I'm so delighted to have found that I can buy it from Amazon now, it costs the same as I pay the salon and with Amazon Prime, I don't pay delivery either... couldn't be better!

Love this product. My kids swim 6 times a week and this does the job perfectly.I use it every now and then as a bit of a deep clean (I use shampoo one and The detangler conditioner on a daily basis and love those too).I buy the 1000ml for value and they last ages.Tip: Use a small amount first, rinse then use another small amount and it lathers up like you were using 4 times as much! I do this with shampoo one too and they last much longer.

This is a type of shampoo that you only need to use every 2 months to remove mineral and other build up in your hair. My usual (cheaper) one was not available, so I bought this more expensive one. OMG, it was so good, my hair got a very very good cleanse and you only need a small amount and max 2 washes at a time. It will last for months and months. An excellent find, am so glad I bought this for my hair.

I swim 3 times a week and used to smell really bad of chlorine and have the chlorine itch. Now I use this with triswim body gel and I can't smell any hint of chlorine at all. Leaves hair clean but dry so probably a good idea to use a conditioner too if you swim often and care about that sort of thing.The price is fairly hefty, but most swimmers don't have much hair so the bottle will last a while.

So far so brilliant! Going swimming twice a week was destroying my hair and it was just staying sticky and not manageable at all. I've used this twice now and it's made an enormous difference. My hair is now much softer, cleaner and completely manageable. It doesn't have the sticky feeling anymore and I can style it. Well worth the more expensive price tag.

I love this shampoo!!!It’s brilliant for a good clean up of your hair, I use this weekly to remove build up of impurities. And I’m sure it makes my hair grow!!! ⭐️I use it for my daughter once a month after swimming for chlorine removal!I also use it for work (hairdresser) to help strip colours before lightening process.It’s fabulous! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Took a three or four washes to have an effect, but this works better than Ultraswim for me. Used in combination with Boots' cheap post-swim conditioner (which I was also using with the Ultraswim), my hair looks and feels much better. You don't need to use much either, so it should last a long time. Good stuff.

My daughter swims every week and chlorine sticks to her hair making it very straw like. Just one wash with this shampoo brings it back to life. Might be expensive but it’s the only shampoo that works in my daughters hair! Highly recommend it for gait tgat is prone to absorbing chlorine :)

I think having one of these is really important for healthy hair, I use it every 6 - 8 weeks before a deep condition, and it’s just good to know I’m clearing up any build up left behind by my hair products or regular conditioner. My hair is healthier looking and stronger for it.

Pleasant smell, only small amount required for a thorough clean. Will last for ages. Speedy delivery, Secure packaging, seal on the bottle, very important and shows its never been opened before being sent out. Great seller contact and will purchase again.

Excellent shampoo - I swim daily so my hair became quite straw like using regular shampoos but since using this my hair is soft again. I also use palmers spray in conditioner before I get in the water so between the two they have improved my hair.

Much better product than shampoos which claim to remove swim residue. Hair is left clean and soft whether straight from the pool or on a no swim day. Love it with just a touch of Paul Mitchell leave in conditioner after

I have been using this product for many years and would normally buy from a local retailer, but due to the Pandemic lockdown have been unable to get it as shops still remain closed. Delivery response was excellent.
