This is a genuine Panasonic replacement that unlike some compatibles works with the original charger and has the chip built in required to show the battery status on the camcorder display. The price of this battery fluctuates wildly and I have sat waiting patiently for several months now waiting for it to become affordable.I bought mine through a reseller Celtic Vision who I could not fault and their communication was excellent.

I bought this battery to supplement the original battery supplied with a Panasonic TM300. The TM300 shows how many minutes of battery power remain. The new battery showed 1hr 40mins, 4 minutes more than the original. I have had no problems with daily use of the battery over a two week holiday. Much like the previous reviewer I was looking for spare batteries for holidays etc. Wasn't sure whether this was compatible with my Panasonic model SDR-H80EB 60GB HDD Digital Camcorder, but a quick email to Panasonic confirmed that it is. Seller was incredibly quick in despatching and the battery is exactly as described. Plenty of back-up for those summer trips away.

Bought 2 of these batteries as back up for going on holiday for a month. They proved very useful and performed as well as the original battery that came with the camcorder (HS9). Although the batteries are not cheap it was more than helpful that the replacements used the same charger as the original since many compatible batteries have to use a different charger.

Probably cheaper alternatives around but I prefer genuine branded spares and this Panasonic battery does exactly what it is supposed to do and without having to use a different charger as I believe is the case with some other replacement batteries on the market. Plenty of life and shows how much left too.

The product arrived on time; was exactly as described. The battery is an excellent product. I have purchased a non branded before, for only a little less in price, but is hopeless, the charge life is less than half of the genuine. To sum up very good value and service hence the five stars.

This is an identical battery in every way to that provided with my recently purchased Panasonic SD700 camera. It was packaged in a Panasonic branded carton and the battery charges correctly on the camera equipment and gives the remaining life display on screen: recommended!

I placed an order for two batteries and within a couple of days they were sat on my door mat. They are genuine Panasonic items so there are no issues with charging them or displaying battery life left. Would recommend these batteries and the seller to anyone.

Excellent value for money: I couldn't quite believe that these were the real thing at this price, but they are! Battery indicator works in-camera, as promised. Only downside is the incredibly difficult to open packaging... Delivery was rapid too. Unbeatable.

An original Panasonic product at a greatly reduced price. The battery model number displayed on the packaging varied slightly from the advertised number, but an e-mail to Panasonic confirmed that this was a genuine article.

This battery appears to be the same as the one that came with my Panasonic HDC-TM700 camcorder. I'm pleased with it. The delivery was fast - ordered Thursday night and delivered Saturday morning.

Same capacity as the original battery and a must-have if you have any large capacity SDHC or SDXC cards. I've been fairly pleasantly surprised by the duration they keep the camera going.

Bought for use with Panasonic HDC-TM10 camcorder as advised by Panasonic customer service, not cheap but original and uses original charger that came with camcorder.
