3 Backcountry ski trips with my skis in an A-frame orientation, and the fabric on the bag is splitting on both sides.The sharp edges of my skis cut in to the bag after a few winter mountain climbs.Since this pack is designed for winter mountaineering and ski touring, you'd assume there would be more material where skis will contact the bag... Not the case and as such this bag is not mostly useless.The layout of the bag is great, however. I do like the easy access and the size.Only wish it were durable.
