Really good glass bottles, I wanted glass for easy cleaning, to hold the temperature which they do excellently, they also stay clear unlike plastic bottles.I put just off the boil, boiling water straight into the bottles, add the lid, shake with a cloth as its to hot to hold on it's own and then if I need it straight away, I don't wait, I just put it straight into cold water. Oh been doing this for 2 months now and they are great.I have dropped one from about a meter high onto a solid wooden floor and it just bounced, no damage. These are so good, I purchased 8 of various sizes in the end.The only thing I would say is that these come with a M medium flow teat (you can see the M stamped on the side)unlike the silicone teat, these are much slower and were ok for my new born with both breast milk and formula. At times the teat did collape, but that's because as my baby got stronger she sucked harder and these teats are very soft, so great for new born. Later I purchaed some S, Slow silicone teats and haven't looked back since. As a note, medium silicon teats will be useable when she is 3 or 4 months, but the ones that come with this bottle, not silicon, I found suitable from birth.I highly recommend these if looking for a glass bottle.

I was hesitant to order a glass bottle as they are prone to break but at least they are better than plastic bottles. Thinking this, I bit the bullet and ordered one to test drive. The NUK glass bottle is well made and you can feel that the glass is of good quality. I ordered the bottle fairly recently and it has already slipped from my hands once. I was afraid of cracks but there didn't seem to be any. +1 for that. The latex teat is soft and supple and I knew that my son would not refuse it so I ordered extra latex teats. However, now I'm reading it causes eczema and other problems. Not sure how much truth is there to that but I'm having second thoughts about latex teats.I have given one star off because the bottle leaks when I try to shake the bottle to mix the formula with boiled water. It also leaks into the cap when it is in my handbag. Still, this is a minor flaw and I will be using this good looking bottle till my son reaches the stage where he starts throwing everything that he can get his hands on, on the floor/carpet. That's when I'll make the switch to either steel or unfortunately, plastic. :)

My baby used to BF with a shield and his dad would do night feeds with a Tommee Tippee bottle. When he dropped the shield, we noticed most of the bottle would leak down his chin. I was advised to go for a nipple shaped teat, hence why I turned to NUK. I bought these bottles being conscious of the micro plastics coming from plastic bottles and was more than pleased with them. They look stylish, sturdy and are fit for the job. They arrived promptly and can be cleaned easily (I ordered 4 in total after trying one). The baby took to them straight away and became more efficient both on the breast and the bottle. One day, the bottle slipped out of my hand and went flying on parquet, without breaking.I would not reiterate the experience to check durability, but I am more confident it won't break easily now. They are easy to clean. I just put them in the dishwasher and wash the teats with a small brush. Definitely recommend! At 6 months my boy now holds it to feed himself.

Really happy with these. I'd had to move my little one on from the breastfed flow sense teats as the bottle only held 5oz (dont know why you cant get the same teat with a bigger size bottle?!)Hes on the 0-6 month teats at nearly 6 months and I'm happy I went with them. Yes the flow is fast as show by some other reviews in here but it matches the flow of my breasts great so the speed is no different for my boy.I did change the teats for the silicone ones as his previous ones were silicone and he got on great with them. The glass is beautiful and seems pretty solid, my little boy likes his milk quite warm and I still find the glass comfortable to hold and it retains the heat well.Overall really pleased.

I can't stress enough how pleased I am with this. I have a bottle refusing baby, and needed to leave her for a day. After trying so many other bottles I had all but given up until someone recommended this one. She took it beautifully!! She seemed to find the latex teat much better and easier to suck from and didn't fight with it at all (as she previous bottled). This has been an absolute life saver (almost literally - the alternative was to syringe feed her). It's such a relief to know that she's safe and happy for a few hours and isn't starving while I'm gone. I can't recommend this enough and will definitely be buying more. Perfect for breastfed babies that don't like bottles!

I bought these as I didn't want plastic bottles after discovering it can leach into the milk, so opted for glass this time and I'm very glad I did! Very strong glass bottles, so easy to clean to the squeak and look like brand new after each and every wash, whereas plastic bottles also start to fade over time and I've tried lots of brands of baby bottles in the past!I did buy (0-3 month) teats as my baby at a month old found the teats which came with it a bit too fast as they are (0-6 months) but they are now being used as he is 3 months so they didn't get wasted! I would never go back to plastic baby bottles after these and I highly recommend!

I wanted to use glass bottles to feed my baby son and I couldn't find any in the shops so I decided to look on Amazon. I wasn't disappointed! These bottles are excellent, the latex teats are soft and made to mimic breast feeding, much better than the silicone version of the teats which I also tried. The glass makes it easy to cool down or heat up the contents, takes about half the time compared to plastic. I don't find the bottles heavy but if that is a concern then it would be an idea to use glass at home and plastic for changing bags. I've tried many different bottles and the glass version of the nuk is my favourite.

Love, love, love these bottles. We use for milk pre nap and pre bedtime. We originally bought a pack of four and broke one by dropping, so need to ensure kiddies use in a safe/soft floored space. The only reason they lose a star is due to the latex teat. As we have lots of allergies in the family including latex, I bought silicone teats, as I didn't want to risk it. Would have got full five stars if I'd been able to choose teat material. One final thing, is that you need to store these upright if they're full, or perhaps use the caps provided that I'm never organised enough to use, otherwise they leak a little.

Latex teat, wonderful for mixed/ breastfed babies! All mine have preferred these to silicon as it's softer, plus the shape of these teats have a more natural latch. The glass makes the bottles quicker to cool if using formula, and personally I feel more confident knowing they are clean as they do not develop fine marks. For out and out though, due to weight, I have a plastic bottle. They require the use of a disc under the teat for transporting to prevent leaks.A point to note: The glass will contract when cooled, if the teat cannot be removed pop the bottle in warm water and it will unscrew easily.

my breastfed baby refused the bottle for about 2 months. Finally at 3 1/2 months i ordered the nuk and it worked!! As any EBF mum knows - it feels good to be able to go out for more than 2 hours without feeling like you're starving your baby! The latex teat seems the closest i've seen to the real thing - very flexible in baby's mouth. and the glass bottle is magnificent for a quick cool down if you're mixing powdered formula. hope your baby enjoys this bottle as much as mine! PS. I finally got baby on the bottle by offering it as her first feed in the morning. She was hungry but in a good mood...

If you use Nuk bottles and need to heat/cool the bottle from the outside, then this bottle is perfect. No comment on merits of the teats - it seems a case of baby's personal preference.Pros:- Heating/cooling under a tap takes less than half the time of plastic bottlesCons:- Heavier than plastic (so be careful letting it rest in baby's mouth, just in case)- Slightly smaller volume (about 50ml less than plastic)Overall, it's worth having one or two of these around, but I still recommend using the less heavy plastic ones if you're moving around or don't need to heat/cool quickly.

My 3 month old breastfed baby started to refuse to to to tommee tippe bottles, it seemed as though he was struggling with the harder silicone teats, so I purchased these latex bottles. He took the it after 10 minutes, much to my relief as I was starting to feel like no bottle would work! I think this is due to the unique shape, and softness of these latex teats which mimics the breast so well. Well worth a try if like me your baby is struggling with silicone teats. A fantastic price also for such good quality!

Bought these to be used for feeding my son. Great packaging and also lovely design. Been using it for 2 months and so far so good. Did not give 5 stars as it came in a Size 1 teat only and I had to purchase replacement teats for my son who has moved on from a Size 1 teat. If there was an option to choose the teat size, I would have given it 5 stars. Another slight issue was it was a bit long so could not fit into our steriliser upright, need to angled it slightly to fit into our steriliser.

NUK glass bottles were recommended by a friend. These bottles are great. Its quick and easy to cool/ warm milk up. It does weight the baby bag when out and about but i dont mind. I prefer these to using plastic for my baby. The latex teats do wear out in a month and have to be replaced. The teats become soft and sticky. However i think there better for a newborn than silicon ones. I started using silicon teats when my baby was 4 months old.I would definitely recommend these bottles.

we purchased this bottle after doing some research into orthodontic teats on bottles. I gave birth to my little girl a week ago and found that she would only drink from bottles with an orthodontic teat- others seemed to be too big/wide for her such as the tomee tipee bottles. So we purchased the Nuk bottles and havent looked back since! She loves them so much, they are great quality and we have even dropped one and it didnt smash! Really easy to clean, would highly recommend!
