I bought one of these beauties coming up 3 years ago, and its probably the best pocket stapler I have ever owned.It takes number 10 staples, which can definitely staple through 20 sheets (much to my surprise), and the flat clinch function works every time (unlike a some 26/6 larger models).Loading the stapler is very easy, and I don't end up accidentally firing out a staple as I have with other staplers (when trying to close the loading bay).An addition to this stapler is the integrated staple remover at the back -- which actually works extremely well.Although the outside of this stapler is made from plastic, it doesn't feel cheap -- it gives the impression that it will last a long time!This is a good stapler,
