I have used this scalp exfoliation product before successfully and bought this as it was so much cheaper. The instructions are not in English, but I handed it to my hairdresser and she applied it professionally as per previous applications of a similar product.Leave it on for 10 mins and massage under clear running water. The effect is like giving your scalp a ‘good quality facial’. It cleanses your follicles and promotes new growth.There's enough for 2 applications and I’m very pleased with it.Yes, it stimulates fresh hair growth and used regularly (every 8 weeks initially), you’ll notice brand new baby hairs growing. I think it does what it says as I could see flaky bits, whether this does help to clear pores so more hair can grow is still up for debateAlso it says you should have this treatment in a salon but I did a patch test first and it seemed fine, so as long as you are carefull I am sure you would be alright. It says to divide hair into quite a lot of sections and since I did this on my own, I could not really do this but I am certain that if you rub it over a small area, you can cover it all.

I use this once a month to prepare my scalp before applying a natural dye a couple of days later. I'm already using the Nioxin range for coloured hair which I'm happy with, although I do feel that constant use of the cleanser can strip vegetable colour from the hair so I have to alternate it with a SLS-free shampoo. The great thing about this product is that it cleans the scalp and also helps clarify my hair thoroughly. My hair and head feel so much lighter after using it.

I have only used this product once so far but like all the Nioxin products, my hair feels clean and healthy. Buying the product online works out a lot cheaper than having the treatment carried on in a salon although I would recommend getting your partner help you apply it. After using Nioxin Hair System 2 there has been a marked difference in my scalp with new hair growth. If this process strengthens that new growth (and it stays about this price then that will do me.

Technically, this is sold as a "professional" product, but anyone can use it at home if they read and follow the instructions.Make sure you have an egg timer or similar available to use. Set it to the time limit, so it's ready to go when you need to start the timer.As a bit of a sneaky, you can also use this for crusty dandruff. Just follow the normal instructions.Regardless of why you use it, make sure you remove every bit of this out of your hair when done.

Great product! A little tricky to apply so it would be advisable to get some help with this part. It only needs to be left on for 15 minutes. It really helped with my flaky scalp and this is the only product I have used that has managed to achieve this. It smells slightly strong but not offensive. I am really impressed with this and it was a really good buy for the price. I would recommend to anyone who has a flaky scalp.

After paying £15 per treatment in my local hair salon for the last year I decided I needed to look elsewhere. Imagine my surprise when I found these online so cheap! I can't believe my local salon were charging me just under £12 to rub this on my head! My husband did it for free! Highly recommend and the postage was fast and well packed. If I could give 10 stars, it still wouldn't be enough.

This definitely cleanesd my hair and scalp but my hair is now extremely frizzy despite conditioner, frizz ease and argan oil!This was recommended by my hairdresser to treat an itchy allergic scalp (reaction to Panthene). it didnt help the itchy scalp but my hair definitely feels much softer and cleaner.

I have used this 3 weekes ago together with the NIOXIN Scalp Renew Density Protection. I clearly see and fell an improvement. It is lovely to brush your hair and not loose a million hairs. I would recommend this to any of my friends, this is truely a product that makes a difference!!!

It does what it say. After the treatment you start to loosing the old hair, but in that place starts to grow new ones. After 3 months of using nioxin products I have full had of 2-3cm new hair. It never was soo good. Old hair have to come out, you're not gonna stop it!

Not sure if I should use this or not as it says that "your local nioxin salon should apply this". It has given me fright should I use it or not. My reason to mark this down is because it is not made clear that this should be applied by a professional.

Find this amazing. I suffer from psoriasis and this really helps to cleanse and soothe my scalp with no after effects. Leaves my hair in really good condition too. Bonus!

I have been using nioxin for about a year now. This treatment really works well when using the shampoo and conditioner. Plenty of product to cover scalp.

Handy product, good for use on weak, or hair loss, strengthens hair folicals and encourages growth, check for use depending on ones hair situation.

I have scalp psoriasis and find this gives me relief from itching. I've only just started using it for 2 days and am glad I found this product.
