This little gadget, formerly called the Mouli Parsmint, was used avidly by my mother and grandmother. I have a brilliant one, all stainless steel and dishwasher-proof. However, when buying some for gifts in September 2003, I discovered that Moulinex have reverted to the plastic body. It has a limited life, due to the spring being held in by small plastic clips which break off in time. It's not dishwasher-proof either.However, if you were thinking of paying more for a left-handed herb mill which is also available from Amazon, you don't need to. This one can be assembled with the handle on either side.

Replacement for 40+ year old Herb Mill by same manufacturer, which finally fell to pieces. If this one lasts as long, it will more than see me out and be passed down to next generation - as its predecessor was. Efficient, well designed, easy to clean: what more can one want.

Never thought this was still made so was thrilled to find it on the internet especially as I wanted it for a friend's birthday present. Goods arrived safely on time.

I don't mind the taste of onion and garlic but when I find bits in my plate, it's just disgusting. This tool solved the problem completely. Thanks! :-)

This is a replacement for my 30 year old one I have had. An excellent gadget for chopping herbs - takes away from using a knife therefore saving time.
