I purchased the slow cooker for my mother. It’s the best present I have ever bought her! She can not stand too long cooking meals due to health issues and wasn’t eating properly, now I have a peace of mind she is eating healthy nutritional meals! She loves it, she just puts all the ingredients in the slow cooker in the morning and it cooks perfectly. You even get some recipes with it! I have now bought myself one as I’m always too busy to cook. Would highly recommend this product for everyone!

This 1.5 litre Breville is a fantastic bit of kit. You really would not believe how it magically transforms a bunch of floppy, past it’s best veggies into a pot of deliciousness that tastes as though the veg were pulled from the ground that morning. It is the perfect size for home alone’s. It motivate’s you to “bother” to cook for yourself and saves tons of cash using ready made.The pot is perfectly sized and it is a nice looking, easy to clean pot.Buy it. Use it. You will not regret it.

Compact, easy to fit on shelf/workspace. Timer is easy to set. Though small it is more than adequate for one person, and could easily serve two portions. This Breville is a 'fast' slow cooker, with obvious simmering (not actually boiling) when on high. Left on high, my meal was ready within half a day: that is, start it early afternoon, eat early evening. Or start on auto and leave it for longer, or start high then turn to low after an hour. Flexible little slow cooker for 1-2 persons.

I purchased this slow cooker to use in the caravan as it's the ideal size to make a 2-person meal (I already have a 8 litre slow cooker for the house!) and found it to be invaluable.We simply put the ingredients in before leaving for the day and come back to a beautifully cooked meal with no waste and just one pot to clean - ideal for a caravan where space is limited!I'd certainly recommend this to anyone who just wants to cook a meal for 2 with minimal washing up.

Bought a slow cooker a week ago as I wanted to do more cooking from home. This 1.5 litre version was a perfect size and after 15 min preperation of food and after 4 and a bit hours of slow cooking my meals I have done I have loved and has tasted great. This Breville make is easy to operate, stylish, value for money and now I have bought the same Breville slow cooker for my cousin as she has just got a new house. Definitely recommendable if its for yourself or two people.

I'm single, and work long hours. At the time of writing this review, I've come home to a delicious smell of a mince beef hot pot that has been slow cooking for 8hrs. This is the 4th time I've used my Breville slow cooker in the two weeks I've had it. It is simplicity in itself to provide an excellent hot meal. I leave it on low setting for 8-20hrs. It also has high setting and auto setting for shorter cooking time. The lift out ceramic dish is perfect for easy cleaning.

Dad 83 and bought it for ease of cooking forHim and mum . We cooked the first meal and he cooked the second meal but as he doesn’tLike fancy flavourings he couldn’t get to like it but maybe old school? It’s okay though was going to buy a small one anyway like it for us but no need as we now have this one We love slow cookers and before we retired and were always homeLate it is aFabby piece of equipment . On in the morning and dinner ready when you come in

I did my research before buying this, and chose it because it includes the "auto" function, unlike some of the cheaper options which only have low and high settings. I am still learning to use it, but so far I am very happy with the results. It holds more than enough for a main meal for one. The ceramic pot is attractive enough to take straight to the table and is easy to wash. The cooker sits neatly in my tiny kitchen. All in all, I'm very pleased

I am extremely pleased with this compact slow cooker. I live alone and it is just the right size to cook a good nourishing meal for one, but big enough if I am entertaining a couple of friends. Anybody living alone will know how tiresome it is to cook just for yourself and how often you are tempted not to bother. With this slow cooker you can leave your meal to cook itself and get on with your day. I am very pleased that I bought it.

I bought this as a Christmas present for a relative as I already have same one and have found it to be invaluable. Prepare meal night before....turn on as I leave for work....meal ready when I walk through door at night, plus that amazing smell of cooked dinner as you arrive home. 1.5 litres just large enough for 1-3 persons. SO much better than the larger ones and sits nicely on side in kitchen, not taking up too much space. SUPERB.

Always found Breville products to be good quality and this is no exception. Compact, efficient and easy to clean with no 'hot spots' like another similar machine we owned.Regarding capacity, makers usually state the whole volume of the pot but it's worth remembering that most slow cooker instructions state that the pot should not be more than two thirds full. So the useable capacity of this one is 1L, enough for a meal for two.

I bought this as a gift for a friend and she was thrilled with this product. I was very pleased with the ease of use, low cost of use, and the overall product design was pleasing. My friend used a very cheap cut of meat as her first recipe and found the meat was so tender it melted in the mouth. Ideal product for a single person as it is so compact, but it is possible to have two meals from it if one prefers smaller portions.

I've had larger slow cookers for many years, the only problem with them has been the time they take to warm up. This mini version solves that problem. Besides being ideal for making the usual soups, stews, casseroles etc, it can also be used to quickly warm up croissants, garlic bread, pies, pizza slices, quiche portions... TIP: For warming things up, use the AUTO setting, rather than HIGH, to avoid drying out your food.

Really pleased with this item, I had a large slow cooker before and rarely used it as I’m on my own. I’ve been using it almost daily it does me 3-4 meals in one pot so have a good stock in the freezer too :)Really easy to use, lightweight and easy to clean. Found some really great recipes online, made pulled pork, chicken chorizo casserole, chilli, sausage casserole, slow cooked a lamb leg, lovely comfort food.

Really glad i bought this... means... I get to go to work and still have a dinner, was a bit dubious at first leaving appliances all allday but house was still standing when I came home & smelt amazing ...I knew this was a good choice.If you want a small compact slow cooker that can sit ontop of your microwave and blend seamlessly into a small space...& provided a dinner whilst you work... this is it
