My husband likes a cool bed and I like a warm one - it is a girl boy thing. So I got a single electric blanket for me - seemed like an ideal solution. So his side is still cool and mine is nice and cosy.I am really happy so far with the product and the speed of delivery. It hasn't been really cold yet - so expect when it is, I will have to switch it on a bit earlier. Also not sure how much it is costing - but only have it on for half an hour before I get into bed on setting 3 and that's enough.Good value and potential saving on heating bills.

Bought two of these for our kids. Ideal for warming the beds before use, but haven't yet tried it over night. I don't like the idea of leaving it on, just incase it overheats, as my daughter is a heavy sleeper! I found them most effective if left on for about one and a half to two hours before bedtime.My daughter loved getting in to a snuggly warm bed, and went straight to sleep!I would definitely recommend these to anyone, and they're great if you're on a budget too!

I got this for my little boys bed in the winter coz he gets really cold, its a great little item, well worth the money and so snug, has 3 setting and even the lower setting is still snug, I put it on number 3 about 2-3 hours before bed to get it toasty then lower it to 1 when he goes to bed, in the middle of the night when he wakes for the loo I just turn it off,

Excellent warmth given and the control gave accurate heat supply. Lived in a very, very cold house previously and this blanket was a god-send. Don't really need them in the new house as the heating works well and it's a much warmer house. I wouldn't part with them though, just in case the boiler ever packs in!

Well I cant tell you how pleased I am that I purchased this Morphy Richards Under Blanket.My family call me a witch as I often think of things happening before they do.How fortunate I was to have received this blanket before all this snow and cold weather.I really look foward to going to bed now!

EXCELLENT SERVICE AS USUAL. DELIVERY EXCELLENT. THE BLANKET HAS BEEN A GODSEND IN THIS CHILLY WEATHER, THE ONLY THING BEING HAVING TO GET USED TO THE "BUMP" WHEN YOU GET IN BED WHERE THE CONNECTOR HAPPENS TO BE. OTHER THAN THAT AM VERY PLEASED WITH IT AND AMAZONS SERVICE.

(see Duvet review) I daresay I won't even use it regularly until the duvet starts to deteriorate a bit. It's still good for taking the chill off a cold bed in the initial stage of a cold night, but there's no need to leave it on, not even in -10 degrees outside..

I bought this blanket last year and have just bought one for my mothers Christmas present.I find it a good size and the warmth is good. Warms up quickly if i turn it on in the middle of a cold night.Very happy with the product.

Impressive and very comfortable. No wire marks left on my body. It wont last forever. Based on my past history with this product I would say about 4 years but that is less than £5 a year.

Ordered for my sister, it arrived from East Anglia within 48 hours, making for one very happy gift recipient. Works fine as single under blanket with variable settings.

the blanket though a bit short to cover a single mattress, is warm enough and starts heating up pretty quickly as well..

Lovely and warm in the Winter. It heats up quickly, and covers a good area, so the bed is toasty. A good buy.

I love this under blanket. It takes the chill off the bed and stops the need for hotwater bottles.
