This blanket does not cover the whole bed but it is just right for me (I'm 5 foot 4 inches). It goes under my shoulders and, as I always sleep with my feet drawn up, my feet also. Also it des not encroach at all on the other half of the 6 foot-wide bed. The tapes for tying the blanket down are really not necessary (or usable on a double bed) as the blanket does not move about. The surface is smooth and the controls within easy reach. The Low setting is just enough to keep the bed slightly above cold.

i bought this for my wife for use on our double bed as shes always cold and im always hot. i have it plugged into a plug socket timer so that it switches on half an hour before bed then switches off. its always set on 3(the highest) and my wife loves it. on a couple of occasions i have gotten into bed before her and lay on it and you cant help but smile, it does feel nice.had it 2 years now and no problems.

I bought this product for my grandsons bed,which gets a bit chilly in the winter.My wife puts it on about 15 mins before he gets into bed,and he's as snug as a bug in a rug....he loves it....we leave it on the lowest setting through the night,and he now sleeps straight through,whereas before he was sometimes waking up feeling a bit cold...Would thoroughly recommend this product.

I've had an electric blanket before but never really got on with it, finding that it didn't warm me up much. This one keeps my girlfriend cosy very effectively when I'm away, saving her shivers and my earache. Great product. Cheap buy and when left on for a few minutes before bed, prevents the cold sheet shock that can wake you right up.I would buy this again.

Bought this blanket in 2009, has worked well, only gripe is that the connection of the plug to the blanket is uncomfortable, but put it to the foot of the bed.It is now Jan 2014 and I now have had to lay it to rest. No longer heats, and for the price I think it's done well. Not going to buy another but instead have ordered a 15 tog goose feather duvet.

Once the blanket had been laid out to de-wrinkle it from its transport, and using the straps it actually fitted on one side of a King Size Mattress, its great.My only criticism is that setting 1 doesnt provide that much heat, yet 3 does the job well, however can get too hot.Otherwise a good buy.

I got this recently and it's lovely. Only draw back is that it's a lot smlaller than the advert made it out to be, but it heats up nicely quite quickly and setting 1 is at the right temperature for me to sleep on. I hate the cold and love being watrm and cosy in bed.

Excellent product. Three settings allow the blanket to be used through the different seasons providing a really welcoming warm cosy bed. I bought the product when it was on offer therefore it really has been an excellent buy.

Brought three blankets for my boys and they are just fantastic. They warm up the bed before bed and dont get too hot for me to worry. These blankets are great for my boys. would recommend for kids

works very well and keeps me warm enough all night on lowest setting As yet no complaints whatsoever hope it stays that way

Product arrived quickly.Has heat settings but there doesn't actually seem to be a difference in heat. Otherwise happy.
