Sound Quality - with bluetooth 5 and Aptx , there is good improvement sound quality especially dynamics. Even Iphone which doesn't use Aptx it sounds great and hard to tell any difference between S20+ vs Iphone 11 Max. The SBC implementation on Iphone is far better than Andriod, pushes bitrate to 352Kbps near Aptx bitrate. So don't worry about not having AAC. The surface headphone app can help tune the audio to your taste, it genuinely works not like Jabra where EQ hardly makes difference.Key points: Thumping bass, satisfying treble and mids - all my fav songs from Spotify sounded better-compared ti Airpods pro and QC 35ii.Call quality - I have been using it for conference calls using MS Team

4.5/5. Brilliant base and audio quality for a brilliant price. Soft padding thats very comfortable. Very durable metarial thats able to take a lot of abuse. However to be completely honest, the touch sensitivity for the buttons needs some work, fast double clicks are recorded as a single click and in hot weather the ear cuffs will result in sweating (in cold weather it'll keep you nice and cozy). The ACN isnt as good as the bose700s, but the bose doesnt have base like this. The base isnt as good as the neurophone, but the neurophone doesnt have comfort like this. Great headphones. I have an old-ish pair Sony MX3 to compare against and they stand up well. If you were comparing side by side the noise cancelled then the Sony are a little better but no one is comparing side by side and these are much cheaper. I love the controls on these far above any I’ve had before. Turning a large dial on the side of the cup if far better then scrambling for a small volume up and down button. I use an iPad and windows laptop and love the way it can switch from device to device when sound kicks in.

Straight out of the box I'm already in love with them. Clean and minimal. Feel great and are comfortable on the ears. Good sound, good bass and feature packed. And the dials to control the ANC and volume are just addictive to use.? Great design microsoft. The two point seamless connection is fantastic. The only thing I would criticize is the headband can get a little uncomfortable over a few hours of use, the cushion could be a little thicker/more plush. For £250 absolutely worth it.

Love the volume and noise cancellation wheels on the sides sound is great but sometimes the music stops without me doing anything only happens a couple of time as of yet
