The product works as it should. The instructions for installation are clear, giving appropriate links for support. This was to update my subscription but I forgot that you can update installation putting in the supplied code using the existing installation. Just be very aware that if you open installation support pages that they are genuine. There are lots that look like McAfee saying the code is accepted but you need to phone %#**. To complete. This is likely to be a scam support page. THE SUPPORT LINKS SENT BY THE SUPPLIER ARE GENUINE.if you are renewing a subscription, you may be asked to allow it to delete the existing McAfee.

As a long time user of Mcafee I am always looking for good deals on renewal prices. Boy was this a good deal, The price and savings over the original are fantastic. Response time to the sale was exceptional and was in my inbox before I finished shopping with EBay. On my desktop pc I re-installed my package using links from McAfee but didn't on my laptops and Android stuff, all went smooth as silk. The serial code worked first time after a couple of weeeks use all is well. The renewal notice on my software has now been reset to 0620 which is seamless from this years. Many thanks from a very satisfied customer. Be back in a year

Excellent service and delivered almost immediately. I didn't want to install any software, as already have an existing account. The easiest method I found of doing this, is go to the mcaffee (dot)com/activateinstall the activation code suppliedenter the email address used in your current account and activate itIt will then lead you through a process to apply auto renew, but you don't need that. I clicked the large X and closed that screen.As soon as you log into your account again, you will see the code has been applied. No downloading and no messing.Excellent :-)

McAfee Anti Virus and Firewall are great as they protect all your devices and its light weight, it doesn't drain your computers RAM, CPU and HDD like some other competitors do.Firewall feature is great too so you can block and monitor things trying to access the internet. Comes with all sorts of extras too.Cons:* The firewall doesn't show a proper description of the service trying to access the internet.* I disable their safe search as it uses Yahoo search instead of Google.

Been using McAffee for years now and it has never let me unlike another product starting with a N which when infected with a virus flashed on the screen to let me know, then flashed shutting down N..to protect N.. Never mind my frick’n computer!!!Anyway, McAfee is good. It is very easy to install (it does it all by itself). It also protects the whole family’s phones and tablets and provides VPN as well. Can’t beat it for the price. I will definitely be using this product again.

For Renewal of McAfee, go to McAfee activate (Ensure McAfee site), enter the new code and enter the email id which is linked to the McAfee account. You can ignore the auto-renewal page. Close the window. In couple of minutes, everything will be fine if Login again to account. Close and reopen the McAfee app, the expiration date would have increased. It took less than couple of mins. Thanks.

I usually buy the product from Curry's/PC World, and always have trouble installing it. I usually have to ring the helpline and pay an extra £30.00!!! This McAfee product was delivered very quickly and only took about 10 mins for the whole installation process!. I would definitely recommend this product. And it is only a sixth of the price in the shops/McAfee website.

Received license and instructions how to renew immedtiately and it all worked. I renewed 6 weeks ahead and I did not lose any time with it. It extended fro a year from the expiry date and not from when applying the new license. Good stuff, especailly as it's a ot cheaper than buying it from McAfee themselves.

Will certainly hope to buy again next year.Easy to install using my google browser that enabled me to paste the link into it which Bing on my Microsoft browser wouldn't allow me to do.( kept giving me search results )Linked into my existing McAfee account seamlessly.Well pleased.

The product needed an upgrade which I may have messed up however, McAfee online support were brilliant. They responded immediately and connected to my iMac and put everything right. The product is doing it's job well.I would definitely use this product again when it expires.

It was easy to install even though I had McAfee Live Safe which subscription was about to expire. The installation procedure took care of that as I did not have to uninstall the software from my computer. It is much cheaper than the automatic subscription.

Easy to install once the existing software had been removed. E mail sent with full instructions on how to do this and how to set up account and install new software. Very good price. Will definitely use again when this subscription expires.

This is excellent value. Arrived via email within 30 minutes.I am not tech savvy however I just followed the instructions and it installed without any complication. I cannot recommend this highly enough and I will certainly use again.

amazing product, other sellers are selling you one of the free devices they have on their subscription. 5min after paying I had the serial number and was ready to download and install.Very easy to Install, took me 10 min to do it.

You HAVE to uninstall your current version and then install the new version. A code is sent by email and it worked a treat. Super cheaper than renewing or buying it in currys.. I am a novice and I managed to do it in 15 -20 min.
