I've been using Bullguard for a good few years now after discovering that Norton was slowing my PC down big time and you try ridding your PC of it! It doesn't want to go! Then along came Bullguard. How I found out about it was that my PC got a bad Malware attack and could not get rid of it. A friend suggested Bullguard. I installed it and within no time it got rid of it! I've used it ever since. This new version is the best yet without doubt especially with the new gaming mode if you're into online gaming and the parental controls are brilliant. It has everything such as Antivirus of course, Spam filter for email protection a totally adjustable firewall, backup facility, brilliant 24/7 online support icluding the forums and this all covers upto three computers from your address! One of my favourite aspects of this is the parental control. It's brilliant. You can set everything up like what time you want your child to have access to the internet, what content such as Sexual, racial, alcohol, gambling, peer to peer, social media etc. You can control all this and it's password protected. If you feel the need to set this up bullguard also keeps a log of your childs website visits and if they've tried to visit banned sites or if they've tried to guess your security password! Times, dates the lot! It may seem a bit extreme but in todays world it may be required. I've stopped my 14 year old lad from accessing certain sites he was visiting and it's on a timer too so during the school week it just. . .turns off! This is all dead easy to set up too. The new user interface is brilliant and really easy to use. I also like that it pre-checks the sites that are listed in a google search. If they're safe a green tick appears next to them even before you've clicked on it.This is the cheapest I've seen it for here on Amazon. The same product will cost you £40 plus on the Bullguard website! So this is a bargain. Forget about all this free internet security you can pick up across the net. With the increase in shopping online and internet banking you've just got to have a proper security package. This is a one year license for upto three PC's and the user interface has a countdown timer so you know exactly how many days you have left before you have to renew your subscription. Bullguard is the business for me and many of my friends and family.Update 17/7/13. . .Just bought another one of these for my new notebook which was pre-loaded with the dreaded Norton which I uninstalled asap. It took literally 3mins to enter the product key and be up and running. The last one is still protecting 3 computers brilliantly and stopping everything in it's tracks!First class security in my opinion folks.

A few years back, my father bought a Compaq laptop that came with Windows bog-standard protection. I told him to buy a third-party package, because you can never have enough protection. So he did. And he updated it for a couple of years.Just before Christmas 2011, his package expired, and he'd just been made redundant from his job. He decided he didn't need to update it, as "it wasn't worth it", as nothing had ever gone wrong before and now every penny mattered."That's fair enough," I said, "so I'll buy you a new package to keep it protected while you use it to look for new employment," and I handed him a crisp £20 note. "If you want to spend more, let me know."5 months later, he got a virus, and couldn't figure out how to remove it.I was a little miffed, as I gave him the cash to buy some protection, assuming he had. He hadn't.Turns out that he'd put the £20 in his wallet, and "forgotten" all about buying an updated package.I don't live near him, so I can't just pop around for a quick hello and look at his computer. Turns out the virus was pretty bad and started to limit his access to his machine, stop him using the internet and email, and other stuff I can't recall.Because of the hassle, he decided to go out and buy a new laptop for £400.(Fortunately, he also found a new employment shortly afterwards). It's now April 2013, and his newer laptop (the one he spent £400 on) has just succumbed to another virus. It's one that prevents you from actually doing anything after signing-in. I've searched the internet for options, talked about this over the phone with him, tried a few methods, and still I can't help him.So, he took the computer to a local computer retailer, who charged him £100 to clear and wipe off viruses. So, in total, the lack of spending £20 and getting protected has already cost him £500. Let's just say he's learnt his lesson.Don't do what my father did - just buy this for goodness sake and save yourself a lot of bother.

This is our third year of using Bullguard for our internet security. We have it on laptops running both Windows 10 and Windows 8.1 and have not experienced problems on either operaing system associated with Bullguard. In particular, unlike some internet security suites, it hasn't slowed our machines down. It sits in the background unobtrusively but you get notifications of e.g. system scans & vulnerabilities which is reassuring as you know that something is going on in the background even if you aren't aware of it happening. We haven't had any problems whilst it has been installed. There is a very clear dashboard that shows you the status of the product and the whole thing is easy to use.this year we bought from Amazon because it was so much cheaper than the best offer direct from Bullguard. Renewing was a doddle: you don't need to use the disk. Just login into your Bullguard account, enter the activation code from the back of the sleeve containing the disk and that's it. Somewhat surprisingly, once I had activated the subscription on my laptop, my husband's laptop showed the renewal so he didn't have to bother using the activation code.I have never had to call on their technical support, nor have we used the parental controls so I can't comment on those aspects.

I've stuck with BullGuard for a few years now, so I suppose I've just got used to it. It's therefore difficult to know if it's really the very best product of it's kind on the market. All I can say, is that it keeps my computer safe, and that makes me content. For whatever reason, I found the installation of my 2013 version a bit 'sticky' this year, requiring a few attempts before it finally 'took'. However, once installed, it appears to be business as usual. On a different tack, I had occasion to contact BullGuard on a couple of occasions recently (about confusion caused by dramatic price variances on their products), and I was extremely impressed by the responses I received.I've become so accustomed to the standard vague replies from businesses, that it was a pleasant surprise to find that someone had taken the time to actually read my correspondence, and answer all my points in full. I was greatly impressed. Nonetheless, I will also continue to purchase my BullGuard afresh from Amazon each year, as continuity through the company is a non-starter because of their pricing policy.

Bullguard is my favourite anti virus security programme.Everything about it is first class and it does the job that it was designed to do without slowing down computer systems or stopping them completely. That's actually it greatest strength and major selling point, the fact that it quietly get's on with it's job and does it well.It has the usual features, antivirus, firewall, tune up and a brilliant Parental Control that works a treat and is worth it just to protect your kids from some of the less savour websites out there. To install it is simplicity itself and that's another great feature, it's so simple to use and so effective. This is the best and you'll certainly not find a finer securitypackage out there.

As far as I'm concerned, any internet security suite needs to cover the following areas:* deals efficiently & comprehensively with all threats, remaining as up to date as realistically possible* does so with the minimum intrusion & minimum use of resources* does these at the fairest cost & respectful attitude to the userAll other suites that I have used either professionally or privately have fallen down critically in one or more areas. For example: Norton is too intrusive, Avira seems to lag with updates, AVG free version of limited use.Bullguard is the only suite which excels at its job, causes little disruption and is an utter pleasure to use.

Appears very good although I have used Norton and AVG and had no problems with either. My only gripe is that all the companies try to rip off their customers with on line upgrades. Bullguard for example wanted nearly £50 ( Norton and AVg no different and both cheaper via Amazon). When it was nearly time to expire, they reduced this to around £30 and once expired, to around £25Amazon on the other hand did not play games and provided a boxed version with a real disc and postage for £19.5. The above manufacturers should take note and reward customer loyalty. Had this cheaper option not been available, I would have changed brand out of principle.

This removed viruses that were on a system that did not have an active antivirus for some time. The system was infected but Bullguard managed to clear it. Due to the infection, installation was not smooth, I had to clean the system with Kaspersky Virus Removal which is free and a one-time virus cleaner. The antivirus part is great. What is not so grteat is the Spam filter, which allowed junk to pass into the inbox and filtered out so many legitimate emails. It may need more training. The Firewall is good and was able to block unwanted connections to the internet. All in all, this is a great AV at a great price.

I've always used NORTON in the past but I got this for my son's PC as it was at such a great price. A simple download, easy to use interface, and no viruses so far. It did find a few lurking in the background which it cleaned up on the first sweep which was reassuring. Only issue is that it does slightly slow down the running of my sons PC. It's an older laptop running on vista so this could be why. However, it's no so slow as to affect the performance and at the price for this you can't really go wrong. Has 3 licenses as well which for this price is an absolute steal.

After years of using Norton, McAfee & AVG (paid) I swapped to Bullguard on a recommendation. It has proven to be better so far than any of the above. I have no problems installing and the software is not generally intrusive. I had several problems with both Norton and McAfee crashing the machine and causing it to run slowly (Win XP). AVG was very slow to load and although it did a good job hogged a lot of resources.I'm very happy with this anti-virus, which I now have running on a total of 6 machines from Netbook to high end CAD machine using both XP and Win 7.

A good product, that I use on my machines as well as other family PC's. However the license apparently only covers 3 PC's and if you buy another copy it will simply extend those three registered systems licenses for a further year. Therefore if you want to cover 4+ PC's, buying two copies won't work unless you create two separate accounts. None of this is explained in the box, or anywhere else that I have found. I ended up contacting their support team and having a long conversation. It took some time to remedy. That said the support team were good.

I chosen it is very popular of Bullguard Internet Security that because there is easy way to install to make simply instructions of the download and it is a good for quick to scan in your computer can become more protection with your personal files, video, photo, etc everythings safety into a data drive as make sure security without effort of virus, hack or scam filter, advertising pop up up to date etc. It also good worthy of price is quite cheap those CD software pack on PC/Laptop. My computer system is everything fine on the process went well.

Really like this product and so much so that I decided to stay with it and renew at end of first year. Did have a minor problem (not with the product but with new product key which my computer wouldn't accept). FREE technical support....FIXED IN MINUTES AND VERY HELPFUL, really can't fault it and a GREAT PRICE..... I believe the only thing it doesn't do is automatically detect if your have moved from a private network to a public one and have to change this manually (if out and about)....but I CANNOT FAULT THIS PRODUCT AND HIGHLY RECOMMEND it.

I purchased a new PC with a pre loaded trial version of Bullguard V13. I was immediately impressed as it did exactly what it said on the box so when the Anti Virus expired on our lap top I replaced it with Bullguard. My trial version on the PC was also updated automatically by Bullguard straight away. It does what I want without offering "bells & whistles" that when installed get everywhere and cant be removed. Straightforward installation removing installed Anti Virus as well.Good delivery using super saver and excellent price.
