Nice vermouth. I used it in a few negronis where it was ideal, and some martinis which was not quite ideal, and also finished off 3/4 bottle neat at 3am, to treat myself to the worst hangover of my life, which to be fair was quite comprehensively intense and unforgettable. 10/10 would not do again.

Works really well in gin cocktails (best Negronis ever) but not so well with bourbon or rye (just doesn't compliment or balance, and I've tried a few). Neat or with soda it's a great sweet vermouth though, a good bitter-sweet balance.

Love love love..! So much so that I bought 3 bottles. Martini Rubino is fab with aromatic tonic, in a negroni, or used in cooking if you’re feeling fancy.

An excellent alternative to the regular version: adds an added depth to cocktails.
