This is one of several reviews I will be doing of various gins.I have something of a gin habit and rather geekily score gins for both g&t and martini on a spreadsheet (I mix 1:5 with a twist of lemon, well I don't mix it myself thats what husbands are for ) . I score out of ten and I give my go to gin (Bombay London) a 5 out of 10 to act as a baseline to judge against. We score more than once so I get an idea of how they taste over different times and occasions. Please remember these scores are personal and what I like you might not.So on to Martin MillerG&T 6/10Martini 9/10 (for us this is an extremely high score)The bottle is very striking and would make a lovely gift. The G and T is nice and refreshing. It has a strong citrus flavour which lends itself to using a variety of garnishes other than the standard slice of lemon. If you are a fan of Hendricks a slice of cucumber enhances the cucumber botanical. I also like the sound of strawberries and black pepper although haven't had a chance to try that yet.For the martini we paired it with Noilly Pratt and is very clean and smooth, not at all harsh like some other gins. It is every bit as good as some of our other more expensive "go to" gins.In my opinion this gin isnt as popular as it deserves to be and it offers amazing value. We are onto our second bottle so it is definitely on our buy again list.

I really like vodka using Icelandic Spring water and as I've recently become a gin drinker and am still trying to find a favourite gin I couldn't wait to try this.Somehow it gets lost in translation for me, whereas the vodka has a lovely clean taste because of the Icelandic Spring water, this gin doesn't benefit from it at all in my opinion. The gin for me anyway was rather lacking in flavour and quite ordinary.I really wasn't impressed with it at all.I shall have to continue with my quest to find a really nice gin to enjoy.I must say so far my favourites are not the more expensive ones like this, I seem to prefer a Tesco own brand one and a Morrison's quadruple distilled one and they are certainly a lot cheaper than this one.I've just given this an extra star as my partner who bought me the bottle in the first place and who is not a gin drinker has tried this and really likes it, they say it doesn't have the heavy juniper smell and taste they usually don't like and it is so rare for them to actually like a gin and not take one sip and pull a face so I feel I have to give this more credit.

I was looking for something different to the usual Gordon's or Bombay Sapphire and found a web site that rated this very highly. It costs a bit more than Sapphire over here in Germany but damn me, it's worth it. A wonderful smooth, full taste when mixed 1/3 with Schweppes tonic. It made Sapphire taste a bit drab and while not having quite the kick of Monkey 47 it also costs a whole lot less. I really can't praise this highly enough.I think I found my staple gin.

Gin is hard to review because the differences are so subtle. I'd pitch this somewhere between a softer gin like Bombay Sapphire and a decent crisp London Dry. It's very smooth, with a good balance between an aromatic gin and a dry, is what I'm getting at. For me it's really well balanced and one of the best gins I've found for Negronis: it works brilliantly with Campari and a sweet vermouth - it has the aromatics but also the gin edge you want.

Excellent flavoured gin. Lovely and smooth with a beautifully distinct taste. Whenever I get stuck for a great drink when out this is my go to for a fantastic refreshing gin and tonic. If you can ever get this for around 25 quid or under I consider it an absolute bargain. I've possibly had better but not at the price Martin Millers is.For me this is the nicest gin in this price bracket and on top of that the bottle looks super cool too.

I am trying loads of gins during the lockdown Probably better hobbies out there but hey each to their own. I really enjoyed this gin. Extremely well priced on Amazon. For the price you can't go wrong. Its got all the hints without being to spicy. I believe most people will enjoy this and definitely better than some of the popular brands. Considering its the same price as Sipsmith and this blows it out of the water.

I have tried most high street gin, I have tried a lot of craft gin but I always seem to return to Martin Millers Gin, it has a distinctive taste almost cucumber like, it is really smooth, I like it over ice with fever tree elder flower tonic being my favorite mixer, although I would deny that if you asked me in front of my pals. Give it a try you wont be disappointed

We tryed a few gins at the recent good food show and this was by far the best. It doesn't have a particularly strong taste, so this may disappoint some, but when combined with a good chilled tonic (they all advise Fever Tree Tonic), its fantastically refreshing. I don't drink much, so like to really enjoy it when I do and this hits the spot beautifully

Wanted something with an individual taste for a self appointed Gin 'connoisseur' lol. This Gin certainly delivers that and more - from the minute you get the bottle it feels and looks great !Wife loves it (with a decent quality tonic water of course).Def' worth buying and trying, you won't be disappointed........................

This is a beautifully fragrant gin. It's so aromatic you could drink it (pleasurably) neat. In fact, it's almost a shame mixing it with tonic because it takes away from the flavour! I think it's great value for money. I recommend this gin to every gin drinker I know; gin fans who aren't imbibing Martin Millers really should be!

Tried this whilst away for a couple of days along with a few other gins. Lovely with a strawberry cut into quarters and a turn or two of black pepper. Really nice gin and perhaps my new favourite one. Will definitely buy another bottle when I get near to the bottom of my current bottle. Would definitely recommend.

My Daughter bought me a Gin sample set because she was exasperated with my fixation on Gordon's. I did the recommended Martin Miller's Gin with Fever Tree Elderflower tonic water and I can honestly say that it was one of the nicest things I've ever put in my mouth - truly delicious!

I drink a lot of gin and I like to try as many different brands as I can lay my hands on, Martin Millers gin is by far the best gin I've found so far. Its difficult to explain what it is about this gin that makes it so good, all I can say is give it a try, you won't be dissapointed.

In my opinion, this is the best mid-tier gin out there (<£35) - perfectly balanced and smooth, mixing elegantly with whatever your choose. Rather than picking up your Hendricks or Bombay Sapphire, try this next time and I hope you'll be pleasantly surprised.

Someone recommended Martin Miller gin to me and I have to say, it's really nice. Has quite a rich flavour for gin & perfectly complimented by Fever Tree tonic. Was previously a Bombay Sapphire fan, but this one is really nice.
