I just had this bag for few day, used it on small walk and commute, I can says so far I love it. It's great but there are a few meh that's why only 4 stars.It fit me well and it's so comfortable to carry actually it fit so well stuff in there feel lighter. I'm a medium build so if you a larger person this might feel a bit tiny to you and might want to look into the 25L. Compared to other smallish bag there is a strong back and you don't feel putting pressure onto the laptop even when the bag is full (that's nice)Biggest disappointment- The tiny chest clip is actually ridiculously tiny to be used comfortably. For the price they could have put a bigger clip- (not important but still this is a £70 bag you should get the color right)

It always takes me a long time to choose a rucksack, i am really happy with the quality and features of this bag, keeps you back cool in the summer as well.
