I already owned a 22” TV in bedroom and wanted a larger screen, but not 32” as this would be too large. The only 28” TV available was this LG. A Smart TV wasn’t needed as it’s connected to a Sky box.The picture and sound quality are perfectly acceptable considering what its to be used for.Set-up was very straight forward and overall this was a good purchase.It was clearly stated that this wasn’t a Smart TV so there was no confusion.

We purchased this for a relative in a residential home. We found the set up and installation easy and she was pleased with the picture and sound quality. The remote for this product has small buttons are which tricky for older people with impaired vision and limited dexterity to use. This is otherwise a fine product.

I bought this as a replacement for my 80 year old mum. For her it needed to be easy to use and have freeview. The set up was incredibly easy and more importantly she can operate the remote control with ease. She's really happy with everything about it. Great purchase and thinking of buying another one.

Very easy to set up and superb quality picture in HD even when using set top type aerial.Sited in kitchen on wall. Just beware that rear of TV is not flat (to accommodate stand),so if fitting to wall will need a mount with plenty of clearance - also aerial lead faces backwards!

Bought the telly to hang on the wall of my garage which is now an exercise room thanks to Covid. Television was easy to mount, works perfectly and has good sound so all in all very good for the price.It was very easy to program and operate so 1st class buy.

Purchased this for our sunroom and it is amazing quality, sound and vision, easy to install, literally plug and go, great value for money and very stylish, nice size and very pleasing to look at even when it's not on, small and sturdy,

Not many 28" TV's left to buy these days but this tv is perfect for a kitchen or bedroom. Easy to watch without being too big. Bought for my grandmother who's was struggling to watch her old 19" TV and is very happy with the new one.

My son had a significant birthday and sourced this independently. It is everything he wanted with a great quality picture. I've told him I'm coming to watch films in his room from now on. Not sure he's keen on that idea!

I chose this for my elderly neighbour, it was a doddle to set up with the built-in Freeview, the picture and sound are extremely good - I've left it at the factory settings and my neighbour is over the moon with it!!

I some times wonder what some of the people writing reviews expect. This TV works well with a good clear picture and good sound. If you want something better for whatever reason I suggest you pay more for it!

Excellent TV for my mam's bedroom.She is 99yrs of age and the sound is brilliant for her.Easy to connect and tune in and no problems at all.A great TV to buy and the size is brilliant too!

Good TV wanted as a second, smaller room unit. Easy to install, nice compact remote control. Picture quality is good for Freeview standard definition which is all we need it for.

Put tv inside a bedroom cupboard and the stand protrudes too much at the front. But quality of picture very good. Main use is while husband is watching football in the lounge.

We have an LG tv downstairs so wentwith same make as I knew picture quality was good. The sound is fine for the bedroom, and size is just right too. Very happy with it.
