Started life as a Gordons and Schweppes person. About ten year ago switched to Bombay Sapphire, about five years ago found Fevertree tonic and I though that was that (G&T heaven). Then, this February, celebrated our ruby wedding anniversary and spent as many nights as I could afford (4) at the Chewton Glen in Hampshire. Had a different gin each evening. We were both completely blown away by Langleys No 8. It was gin squared if you know what I mean. Persuaded someone we know to buy a bottle for us via Ocardo but this looks like we can get it for ourselves. Yippee!! You will NOT be disappointed. Please, please try before you die. It is very very good. That's all I can say.

This one of several reviews I will be doing of various gins.I have something of a gin habit and rather geekily score gins for g&t on a spreadsheet. I score out of ten and I give my go to gin (Bombay London) a 5 out of 10 to act as a baseline to judge against. We score more than once so I get an idea of how they taste over different times and occasions. Please remember these scores are personal and what I like you might not.So on to LangleysG&T 5/1 0This gin from Birmingham is very nice. However we felt that it was "just another gin". In no way did we regret the purchase but at the same time we don't feel it warrants a place on our "buy again" list.

I don't normally drink gin finding your run of the mill gins harsh and bitter, then someone introduced me to Langley's No.8! All I can say is I have never tasted a nicer gin. They say you get what you pay for and this is true here. The quality of this gin is way above your high street brands. I would not have believed gin could taste so good. I'm now converted to G&T. I've even bought a bottle or two for Christmas presents for my closest friends. We'll worth the money for the gin lovers in your life.

An utterly gorgeous gin which is a very long way up my list of favourites.The flavour is complex and gratifying in a G&T. It also comes in a beautiful bottle, which looks incredibly on the shelf where all my tipples live.The only downside is that it’s often expensive to buy. However, I’ve often found it on offer - particularly here during the sales on Black Friday, Prime Day, Boxing Day and the like.Try it: I doubt you‘ll regret it.

Being a self confessed gin addict, this bottle arrived a few days ago to add to the collection. A very nice well rounded gin... perfect with just a simple fever tree tonic (use the cans, each one is perfect for one glass and a double shot of gin) and a slice of lime or lemon. Would recommend. Nice bottle too, looks good on the shelf with it's peers.

Bought as a present for my dad who loves his G&T's. Did a bit of research in to what would be a nice bottle he'd probably not tried and this seemed to keep getting mentioned. Safe to say he loves it and claims it's his new favourite!

By far the smoothest gin I have ever tasted, with a perfect balance of botanicals. Wasn't sure how their signature G&T with grapefruit and basil garnish was going to go down, but an absolute delight! Makes one hell of a martini too!

I found this on your web site and was looking for a birthday present for someone who's very hard to buy for and as he quite fond of a drop of Gin I thought this would be perfect and it was as he hasn't heard of this Gin.

Great product however I have bought it from Harvey Nichols in the past and it came in a tube so was a bit disappointed to just receive the bottle as it was for a gift so would have been nice to have a box for it.

REALY NICE GIN, I AM TRYING LOTS OF DIFFERENT GINS IN THE £30.00 -£400 bracket when they come up on offer.I DON'T LIKE VERY STRONG LONDON TYPE GINS. PREFER SOME THING A LITTLE DIFFERENT AND THIS ONE IS .

Bought as a gift for a friend who loves gin. Mix with a good quality elderflower tonic over plenty of ice, one of her favourites now (both the drink and me for buying it for her!)

One of the best gins I've ever tried, totally perfect with fresh lime and fevertree! I also enjoyed their G&B recipe (grapefruit & basil). Can't recommend it enough...

Great tasting as it states on the bottle pink grapefruit basil and jniper berries just make this gin a bit special. As usual a good quality tonic is a must.

Bought for my sister, it was the last thing she expected to receive. She was delighted with it and it was opened the same day.

Wow, if you haven't tried Langleys gin just do so, you will not be disappointed. It was at the top of my Christmas list!
