Bought it more than an year ago as the luggage restrictions put by easyJet/RyanAir didn't allow me to carry my full sized tripod in cabin luggage. I have taken this on almost a dozen trips and it has become an inseparable part of my camera kit. I have a Nikon D90 DSLR and using it with a wide lens makes it quite heavy still this tripod works in most of the situations. It can hold my camera vertically as well.You may find it a bit difficult to set up initially because of the middle leg which usually doesn't reach ground in conventional tripods, but once you play with it few times, it will become very easy. I usually set it up by fully extending out only the outer three legs (without middle one touching ground)

I bought this tripod for low level, outdoor macro/close up work. I needed a stable, lightweight, cheap table tripod to try and if it worked as I expected I would buy a more expensive version. There is no need as this cheap tripod is absolutely perfect.Yes the legs "flop" open, but they are supposed to, they open all the way until they reach their limit, then the centre post comes into play, you adjust it and it becomes very stable indeed. The three way tilt/head is very secure. If you want this as a table tripod be aware that it is very small and the extension on the legs is about 3cm, very cute!I am sure this tripod will last a long time and for £3 delivered I will just buy a new one if it breaks after a couple of years but I don't think it will!Delivery was fast,

For it's size this tripod is very sturdy. I bought it for use in video calls with my mobile phone, and it's a bit overkill for that. However, it does the job and that's what matters. Compared with my previous mini tripod used for the job which is very weak, this one is very stable indeed.I havn't yet tried it with my camcorder, camera etc., but I don't anticipate any problems.I did make one small modification to it. The large locking knob on the tripod didn't quite tighten up enough, so I fitted a nylon washer behind it to give it more grip. It now locks very solidly.

This tripod has been well thought out and thought out by a proper user. The three legs splay out very wide giving a secure mounting structure. The centre leg will also help on a shiny surface as it has a sucker on the bottom giving a fourth leg for stability.The whole tripod is quick and easy to use. No silly wing nuts to undo and do up when extending the legs, just a pull tab and away you go.You'd be hard pushed to find a better tripod for twice the price of this one and I doubt you'd find a more compact one either. It even has its own little carry pouch.

Great little tripod. Using to support my tascam recorder for for table top mounting . Excellent.Once legs are extended ther is no way any small cameras are going to fall over.Also supports camcorders without an issues.The mouting shoe is smaller than a standard tripod shoe so dont try mounting youyr SLR with a large telephoto.For most purposes this does the job,and the quality is great for the price

I bought this after i bought the full sized tripod from the same company and I just LOVE this little gadget, i needed a tripod for my macro photography and this is just perfect, very strong, light and very stable. Perfect! it arrived on time and well packaged, it has its own little carry case too which is just cute. Fantastic product, i highly recommend this product and or service. Really pleased!
