Great for quiche and tarts! Easy to clean and handle, however be careful of the filling if it’s pretty liquid, if you are not careful it can leak out in your oven since it’s a mold that has a detachable lower part for easy removal. You’re better off either using a larger one under it or foil if you have liquid filling you’re scared might seep through. But that’s not the product’s issue, more how you use it that matters

These tins are of really solid construction - surprisingly heavy - and the non-stick finish seems to work perfectly. Arrived very carefully packaged. One slight word of caution, don't forget they are loose bottomed and pick one up by placing your hand directly under the middle when placing the uncooked item in the oven - which I what I did! I would definitely look for this brand when buying further baking tins.

I brought this product and was a little septicle of its perfermance. Well it is the best Flan Tin I have ever brought. Use it every week and it still looks like new. Excellent in every way. The size is perfect for making my quiches and are released with no problem from the tin every time. Excellent value and Excellent item.

This is very good quality and won't become misshapen after repeated use like some other tins do. The removable base is great to take tarts or quiches out of the tin and does not leak (unless your pastry has holes in).This is well worth spending extra for if you bake on a regular basis and is a pleasure to use.

Very impressed with this Masterclass loose bottomed flan dish. Made a quiche which was extracted from the item with no fuss. No sticking, no damage to the pastry crust.I can see me adding more Masterclass bakeware to make the most of my cakes and baking.

I have just used my flan tin to bake a quiche, absolutely perfect, soo pleased with the product, really good quality and looks like it will last a life time. I will be looking out for other master-class tins to replace my rather ancient ones.

Excellent service Amazon as usual.Arrived promptly as described by seller.Good quality tin.Just one little moan to manufacter.Why stick the instructions to base with 3 hugh globs of glue?Spent ages soaking,cleaning before use.

I baked a corned beef pie, a firm favourite of everyone’s. This baking tin was exactly what I required it is a perfect size, very sturdy, easy to clean & the pie was easy to remove. I would definitely recommend it.

A good solid flan tin. It is easy to remove the baked product due to the loose base.The tin is good quality and not flimsy so doesn’t buckle. It’s a good weight too.

Again this is sturdy enough not to buckle or warp during cooking, has a very useful shape, it is easy to remove the contents without them breaking and washes well

Very pleased high quality and really heavy. Interesting design, the frame has an oval hole rather than rectangular so it give better support for your pastry
