I'm quite pleased with these dough scrapers. They do exactly what they are designed to do.We make a lot of sourdough bread in our house. In the past, we have used various tool for scraping the dough from mixing bowls; there are always a little bit left and the bow over time get scratched. The Kaiser scrapers are perfect as they are flexible and made from silicone which bends a little to pick up more dough.I have used these scrapers to stir fry vegetables and they work well, however, these are made more for people who like to bake.

I'm so very pleased with these items and wish I'd bought them years ago. In fact, my attention was only bought to them at all by watching the tv cooking show presenters using them. I find them a very useful addition to my kitchen, particularly when it comes to mixing together the ingredients of a batter type mixture. I also find they're very useful in getting as much of any mixture off the sides of a bowl and into the tin so very little is wasted. They're very easy to keep clean too. A very good buy as far as I'm concerned.

They are exactly what I was looking for. I have bought spatulas in the past with they didn't have the 'bend' these do. I do a lot of baking and they are perfect.
