I bought these to take to the gym with me to plug into the exercise machines to watch tele on. They work very well (although I do need to have the volume almost on full blast - but not sure if this is because of the tele, the outside noise or my hearing - as I haven't tested with another set of headphones) but it doesn't matter because I can hear fine with the volume turned up. The case they come in is what sold these to me initially - I find it rather irritating having to untangle a mess of wires.All in all, I am pleased with my purchase and would recommend for use at the gym.

Simple style so have simple plastic buds that feel uncomfortable in your ear after a while and have a tendency to fall out every five minutes. The music also doesn't seem extremely loud and it comes through a little bit 'tinny'.I expected this when I bought them though. I had left my earphones at home and bought some cheap ones to do me the long bus journey home. My partner said they were better than his previous ones though. Honest review, but I wouldn't pay too much attention to it. Abdys diff

I use these earphones to listen to the radio in bed so as not to disturb my partner. They're great for this; if I doze off I can't damage the ear canal because the earphone sits in the outer ear. The sound is pretty good at low levels, too.Sadly, though, we have a cat that likes to chew wires. Every so often I wake to find I can't hear anything because of the severed wires! I buy these two at a time as replacements and at this price I can afford to keep the cat. Why pay more?

I recently went in to the store in Newcastle on Northumberland street (which was a mistake as I was looking for Elton sqaure) I was greeted by a young man called Dan, he immediately came over and was nothing but friendly happy and helpful throughout, he stood with me for about 10 to 15 minutes making sure I got all the help possible! Straight after I watched him greet the next two people he served and give the exact service, I will definitely be back! Thank you Dan

I bought this item for myself. The price seemed good and the overall packaging of the device was outstanding. But getting back the the actual headphone itself, the design was ok and didn't seem too cheap, but what let the headphone down was the sound quality and the volume. Even with volume set to maximum it was to low and the sound quality is a bit muffled. Overall it's good enough for a quiet room, not good at all for outdoors environment.

I bought a pair of these headphones to use up an Argos voucher, happy I did. 5 times the price of the pound shop ones and 20 times the quality. Not far off of my broken Sony ones that cost a fortune. Not as comfortable, but not bad. They last well also. I often go to sleep with them in and they still work in the morning! Your kids will hate them as they have no style. If you just want practical headphones to work from a phone they do well.

Ive been wanting to get a good pair of headphone for a while and was debating on getting some really expensive ones. However when I looked through the brochure and saw the headphones I instantly fell in love. They were sooo simple and affordable and do exactly what they say on the lable. I will be definitely be recommending these to my friends and family. Such good quality sound and for the price sold, a complete BARGIN !!!!!

Easy to get out of the packaging. Always a plus with earphones. I find these comfortable to wear in my ears, unlike some other earphones I've had in the past. Don't tangle up as badly as my old earphones either. I'm very pleased with my purchase. I bought them to use with my laptop and they fit in to the headphone socket just fine. I bought two pairs, as the price was so reasonable.

For the price these earphones have a good sound quality and are comfortable to use. The wind in/out case is very useful for keeping the earphones neat and tidy. I would certainly buy then again and/or recommend them to someone who wants a serviceable pair of earphones, at a reasonable price for use as and when with a laptop or memory stick.

I was surprised seeing that the earphones, came with a protective case. - I believe this will help me, to carry my headphones in a safer way. For me the sound, was very good and when I want to listen at a higher volume, the sound still remains safe to my ears. I am very satisfied with my new JVC headphones. Therefore I say thank you.

I really liked this product overall. The Earphones are good and give you clear quality audio when plugged into a device. The Case, however is really good. I've always wanted somewhere to put my earphones in, and this case is extremely handy. It fits in pockets no problem, and can be taken pretty much anywhere.A solid buy.

These are decent earphones but are not extraordinary. Good for the price though and come with a nice long cable and the case that allows you to keep the cable untangled.However, soft foam covers of the earphones pieces would have been nice as if you drop these on a hard floor, there is a chance the speaker would burst.

Couldn't have asked for a better quality for the price I use them all the time when in jogging or at the gym and they are comfortable don't notice they are there half the time and the case they come in is really handy stops them becoming tangled and makes them last longer and easy to store would recommend to anyone

My last earphones ended up breaking and I had enough spare money just to get these earphones. I've been using them for over a week now and it's actually pretty comfortable to wear for me, it doesn't keep falling out, it's not bad quality. It's worth buying in my opinion and would get again if needed to

durable item, sits comfortably enough and reproduces good quality sounds. i have been using it for 1 month, about 25-35 hours of use, no signs of faltering. i'd have it cheaper by sacrifying the plastic case, it takes longer to fit it back in there than to fold it over itself. overall a good buy
