Takes a bit to programme it to your exact requirements but once you understand it it’s straightforward. You definitely need the model with the Professional Milk frother if you want control over how the mild turns out. It is an expensive machine to maintain as you can’t clean it manually, have to buy the products (not cheap) and the filter lasts no time. You can just buy descaling tablets to overcome this. Very definitely a quality bit of kit, brews excellent coffee.
