I've had these earbuds for just over a month, coming from a pair of Epic 2's that I used so much that I wore out the play/pause/power/etc button. On the whole, I'm pretty happy with these new earbuds.I listen to a lot of audiobooks and podcasts (often with only one earbud in), and some occasional music and phone calls.Pros:* Single-ear listening is flawless, including "hot swapping" from one ear to the other* The way I listen, the batteries basically never die* Very comfortable to my ears* The sound is great* The built-in usb cable works with either side up (although I think I still would have preferred a detachable USB-C cable)* Having EQ control built-in to the earbuds means I actually use it some times (flat for audiobooks, jlab signature for music)* Range & signal strength is pretty good. I can leave my phone on the table and get a decent connection anywhere in my house.* JLab's warranty service is fantastic (based on past experience)Cons / improvements I'd like to see:* The touch controls are frustrating. Sometimes play/pause works on the first try, sometimes on the second or third try, sometimes I give up and get my phone out of my pocket. An audible tone to let you know when it's recognized a touch would help, and/or in-ear detection with automatic play/pause.* The case is just a little too chunky to fit in a pocket comfortably. I'd like to see a slimmer case in at least one dimension (even if it expands in the others).* You can only play/pause from one earbud, but both have EQ control!? I'd like to see both earbuds have play/pause and maybe bump the assistant to 3-taps on one side or the other. In-ear detection would also help here. * The earbuds can go into the wrong slots in the charging case, and they look fine, but they don't charge or disconnect from your phone. It should either work or not fit.* I can hear phone calls clearly, but the other end says that I sound far away. It's not nearly as bad as the Epic 2's were, though.* A hear-through mode would be nice to have. I like the feel of the foam tips best, but I use the rubber ones because I often need to be aware of my environment.

So I got these as a replacement for the newly purchased Air Sports. After dealing with connectivity issues, dropped audio (weird issue where if my phone is on the left-side of right earbud the connection goes in and out) and misfunctioning buttons I was issues a RMA and chose these. The build quality was solid and I'd of rather sent them back then to have destroyed them. This should say something about my belief in this company.I have the previous Air Buds of which I touted to others. Although liked them mic could be better and the single ear phone experience had a tendency to leave one discombobulated. Also, the rubber fin on those have a tendency to come off because of the design. The Air Buds 1 have a little more in the volume department however, the Icons have an overall better sound and build quality. I haven't had them long enough to give them 5 stars but 4 here at this point is certainly appropriate. Good job JLab!

After about 3 months of researching True Wireless Earbuds, I finally came across the JLab JBuds Air Icon's and decided to pull the trigger. I am so glad I did. Immediately out of the box, these earbuds impressed me. The earbuds themselves feel well built and great quality. I had these connected within 20 seconds to my Iphone, it was that easy. Once I put them in my ear and turned on my music, WOW!!! The bass punch, was by far the best I have heard with earbuds. It was not too overpowering as the highs/treble came through as well and made the sound quality just outstanding. I could go on for days about the features and how impressed I am with these earbuds. If I could give you one thing of advice on these earbuds, it would be this. JUST BUY THEM!! You will definitely not be let down. So glad I bought these.. Thank you JLab's! You just gained a new customer who has never owned anything JLab!

I've been searching for a pair of inexpensive, reliable, simple earbuds that have good sound quality and won't fall out of my ears. I originally ordered the Jlab airbuds, and was quite happy with the quality. The only problem I had was that I couldn't use either earbud by itself. That changed with these earbuds. The true wireless dual pairing and stereo calling is the selling point for me, and for its price and functionality it outperforms most other earbuds currently on the market. It's got excellent battery life, the sound quality is crystal clear with deep bass and clear trebles and mid frequencies. The case is small and carries a lot of charger, and the touch controls are quite simple. My only complaint is that I can't control the music through the earbuds when I'm only using one at a time, but this is a minor complaint and doesn't take away from the excellent quality of the product.

These earbuds are my first pair of wireless earbuds, and I honestly expected a lot from them, and did receive almost what I was expecting. The sound quality is really good, the bluetooth static is very low on these, battery life is great, and they are very comfy. Complaints, the touch gestures are quite annoying, with turning the volume up, you have to tap once every 1.5 seconds or the music will pause, and the connection is a bit messed up, it seems to still bridge the connection to one earbud, which is quite annoying when taking out only one earbud and you have to wait for the other to reconnect to the device. Also will cut out audio when walking for no apparent reason, whether the phone is right in front of me or in my pocket while I walk, or even right next to my head, the earbuds will cut out, usually the left one. Other than that, they are really great

My fiance has the galaxy buds and icons and these put them to shame! I bought the original buds from walmart and they were great! I noticed that the open case buds were out and bought those (unfortunately lost them getting out of my car, didn't notice they fell out of my hoodie pocket). I bought these at the beginning of this month and I am truly amazed! Not only are they extremely comfortable to the point I've fallen asleep with them in, I can ride my bike, jog and deal with my 5 year old with them not moving at all. Call quality is amazing! I leave them on jlab signature mode and the sound is out of this world! I have a high end system in my car and these sound just as amazing..best thing,no distortion!

I recently purchased the Icon Air.1. Sound is EXCELLENT!!. Bass more punchy and crisp. mids are good highs are very good and not overbearing. I switch between the signature and bass boost depending on the sound track. nice option.2. never had a drop yet. 3. mic is really good. conversations are clear. I've used left /right and both with no issues.4.during my workouts, surprisingly, the buds DO NOT MOVE. that rubber ring seems to do the job very well. Even during decline benchpress the buds stayed in place to the point that the music sound (bass etc..) didnt change.Overall great set of TW earbuds. Especially at that price point!

I've had these for around a year or two and they still havent died. Figured with the 60 dollar price they would be out in a month or two. Only reason I moved on to the Air Sport? I lost the left ear bud while skateboarding after I had stupidly put it in my pocket. I get the air sports after the Air Icons stopped working because you need both ear buds. And bruh I found the left ear bud in my driveway last week after a MONTH of being outside in the rain n stuff. I throw it in the charging case with the other bud? WORKS LIKE A CHARM. These things have such amazing sound I wouldn't go with any other brand.

I tested out the original JLab Audio earbuds and loved the way that they sounded, connected and their seamless usability. Now I can say that the Icon is an amazing step up from its previous iteration! I'm so happy that I made the upgrade. Not only can I listen for a longer amount of time with the battery boost but now I can also seamlessly just tap each of the earbuds without shoving them into my ear. Each earbud now automatically connects so that I don't need to have the right one out of the case all the time. I've really loved the products that JLab has put out with their amazing signature audio.

Yeah, so these are pretty insane. The sound quality is fantastic, they fit perfectly, they've never fallen out on a run (and I have pretty small ears so that's wild for me), etc. This is the only online review I've ever written, and I'm compelled to do so because I accidently sent them through the washer/dryer and they came out fine. Like, what??? Not the recommended method of cleaning for sure, but they survived being put through the wash? And they're at a really fantastic price. If you're looking for the best Bluetooth earbuds, you're in the right place

I bought a pair and they worked great but had one issue. When using only one ear bud the hold, one, and two touch controls don't work. However the three touch does work for some reason. Occasionally I also had trouble with the controls while using both at the same time. I used the warranty and got a brand new pair. The new pair has the same problem, so it's not just a problem with the original pair but probably with all pairs. Either that or I'm just unlucky and had two broken pairs sent to me in a row.

I have the original Airs, and they sound very good, but these actually step up to a higher level. They truly sound better than Airpods, and just as good if not slightly better than the Samsung Galaxy buds. I will say though that they aren't quite at the level of the Bose Soundsport Free Wireless (Most aren't), but they are close enough as far as clarity and bass output. For the price I would state that they are phenomenal. The build is really good and the touch feature adds the finishing touch.

I bought the JBuds Air when they were new, went through two pairs. Waited anxiously for the Air Icon when I heard that they were coming out! After two weeks with them I must say, so far so great! The stereo calling and dual connection are both massive improvements in the previous iteration, and the gold is a nice touch, as is the longer play time. If you are a first time tryer or a habitual JLab customer, I can't recommend these enough!

Got the Icons yesterday and used them for a few hours. The Airs have been my go to earbuds for a while. The Icons paired immediately. So far, the sound quality blows away the Airs. Very stable, no drop outs. The touch control is quick and positive. The only thing I found strange is they pair when the lid of the case is opened and unpair when the Icons are in the case when the lid closed. Upgrading to the Icons is a no brainer!

I love the price, the touch sensor buttons are a nice touch, great acessories for comfort, the sound is nice and full. Battery is great and last long. The only cons are the touch sensitivity is too much. It's hard to remote the actions, they are a little bit bulky, and the volume isn't high enough. And the equalizers are nice but feel unnecessary as only Jlab Signature sound is the only decent sound
