I have had the smaller 18L version of this for some years. It has been great. The material is polyamide (nylon) so it is not rigid and stiff and flattens down a bit when the bag is empty and I have put it in the washing machine a couple of times with no issue. The zips have regularly withstood lots of strain and pressure. I needed a larger backpack and this is near enough exactly the same as the 18L, the only difference is there is a little zipped pocket on the belt and a couple of insignificant differences like the inner lining is a different colour now. Very happy especially if it stands up like the 18L has.

After 1 year of using the backpack: very good quality! The only minus is lack of small pocket(s) to have easy access to small item such as keys, phone, kleenex, etc. Overall, very satisfied.

My wife runs 6 miles home everyday using this and she absolutely loves it.

Good quality. Value for money. Perfect size for my 5'2 height.
