After watching a daft video on Youtube on how Mezcal is made I decided to give it a try for the first time. After reading a web artical, Ilegal Mezcals came up in a top 10. So with that and the good reviews on amazon I decided to give Ilegal a try and i'm blown away with it.It's tasty with a very smokey taste (like how they make it with the burning pit) but super smooth. It's got a good kick too it and i'm looking forward to trying it in a couple of small cocktails the company have recommended on their list.Would definitely buy again. I love Mezcal now.

Ilegal Mezcal is the most balanced and agave forwards Mezcal I have ever had. It is amazing to Drinking it neat or in cocktails. I did some research and the brand does some great philanthropy and helps out in so many areas. I highly recommend giving it a try. I am looking forwards to trying the Reposado and Anejo.

Only had Mezcal once before and it was a fairly cheap bottle. This is like drinking pure cactus juice! So smooth with a lovely distinct flavor. Whatever you do, don't waste this with the whole Lime & Salt malarky. It would be like tipping rola cola into a fine single malt!
