These socks have changed my life. I never knew I could have feelings so strong toward socks. I never thought that buying a second pair of Icebreaker socks would make me almost feel bad, like I was cheating on my first pair of Icebreakers, as though I were telling the original pair that they weren't enough for me even though that's really not it, baby, I just wanted to give you a break because you've done so much. Please don't be mad. It's not about you. I also just wanted a grey pair for some variety, is all. No no, I'm still attracted to you too though! Don't be like this, please! I... love you, do you hear me?! I ****ing love you!You've gotta understand, I am a VERY CHEAP PERSON.

I got these when they were on sale. I started using it on fall in Minnesota where temp range between 20-50F. These work great on those runs and biking activities. Some advantages of merino wool:-- Breathable and able to dry soon, wicking out the moisture which can get trapped and turn into into ice later.- These don't overheat even if the temp goes a little up like 60s- Retain heat even if these get cold by stepping into a puddle- Don't smell bad- The cushion is adequate for this long runsI will update more later if I feel I missed out something.**If you find my review useful then please click the 'Yes' in helpful. They do fit a little snug perhaps. My husband wears 11 shoe, but does have wide feet so likes the XL size perfectly. I think they're meant to be somewhat fitted to feel supportive. My husband LOVES them and now doesn't want any other socks. So I bought him 2 more of these for now. They are shaped to your feet and have slight cushioning that is noticeable and appreciated but nothing like "boot socks." They are warm so I'd recommend thinner ones for everyday/office wear. Highly recommend - worth the cost. I have become a fan of their women's socks as well - I love the thinner ones for slacks and jeans.

These socks are amazing. They are very warm and they feel like they're hugging your feet. I've never enjoyed putting on another pair of socks as much before. I'm men's size 10.5 and the medium fits me very well. I bought a second pair two weeks after getting my first pair. I've been a die-hard SmartWool sock fan but I have to say I like these better.

I bought these for my husband and he loves them. Uses them to keep feet warm while working to work and hiking. Easily machine washable (with a non biological detergent of course) and seems hard/long wearing. Good fit and design and like the air vent slits to stop feet from overheating.

I've always wanted some wool-ish socks. Thought I'd give these a try, considering a lifetime warranty. I've been wearing these with a pair of Redback Boots in the meat shop. I'm on my feet all day and my feet have never been so comfortable. Feet stay dry and no issues with smell.

These guys are great. Breathe pretty well in the heat, dry quickly when wet, keep you warm in the cold, and take a while to smell.Definitely get my feet sweatier than a standard sock would have in average SoCal weather, but that's to be expected with a winter sock like this.

Not too long (so no good if you like your socks over your trousers), not too short either. Saving them for the cold weather, so not yet worn, but I have other, lighter pairs which are first class. I'm a big Icebreaker fan and favour them for most of my walking gear.

Present for my dad who was getting cold in the office. He needed normal slim socks, not chunky walking socks, and these fit the bill. He can wear normal shoes and stay toasty.Dad did say they were very slippy inside his shoes though

In winter and autumn, I only wear socks from Icebreaker in outdoor activities. In any case, I have never had the problem that they shrink or even matt during washing. They are also washed in the washing machine. Great, durable sock

Very nice not itchey material and well made, apparently.I do not like the cushions on the foot pad, they feel like little gel islands at first try. I will update if my intial impression changes after a hiking trip this fall.

I like these because they are less bulky than the bridgedale merinofusion socks.The bridgedale are the warmest but these are not far behind.Shame they are more expensive than the merinofusion as i would like to buy more

I bought these for a hiking trip we were taking. They were very comfortable and my feet did not sweet in them either. Now I wear them around the house in the winter. I like them, but I don't think I will buy them again.

I purchases these socks for my husband for Christmas. He was very happy with them and requested I get him several pairs. They are high quality and very warm. He wears them around the house instead of slippers.

Very comfortable walking socks. Made a huge difference to my feet when out walking. No blisters or sores compared to my old socks. Also seemed to wick really well especially when we went out in 30°c +.
