Just like any other Icebreaker stuff, superb!I brought a few pairs for my half a year travel around Asia. Wore them almost every day, in the heat of Cambodia and in the coldest cold of 5000meters range in the Himalayas. Found them comfortable both for everyday wear and hiking.They do piling a bit, as many merino garment, but usually it stops after a few washing, when shorter fibers are gone from the fabric. Since then they are stable and didn't loose their quality, against I wash them usually with machine on 40Celsius. Recommend them, and you can find them on sale quite often here.

This sock feels really comfortable. Saying that, I've not been on a long hike yet but BEWARE the size of sock you buy. According to the sizing guide, I normally wear a size 6 UK shoe and hence a 6.5 or 7 UK walking/trail shoe depending on make, so I ordered size Medium. WAY too big!! Sock bunching at toes and heel. Returned and ordered size Small - perfect.

These socks are ergonomically designed to fit left and right feet so are perfectly well fitted. smooth toe seams mean no digging in and the ankle part isn't too tight. Love them even thought they ate a tad expensive
