Icebreaker is my favourite brand for base layers to wear skiing. I wear these 260 leggings under my ski trousers (which are the stretchy fitted kind) and stay warm whilst skiing in the Alps during the winter and spring.They’re a thin wool material, so they’re not the type of leggings I would wear alone, but I love them under ski trousers.Just be sure to follow the washing instructions- I always wash mine on cold and hang dry to prevent shrinking.

bought to go to the north pole of Russia at the beginning of January 2020 "to hunt" the northern lights and the Barents / Teriberka sea. warm, light, pleasant to the touch and worn. passed all tests: cold, wind, humidity, lots of snow. in the evening chasing the aurora we were out waiting and watching the northern lights for about 40 minutes in the cold without entering the minibus to warm up.

I bought this base layer after having identical pair for over 15 years. Still after that many years it holds its original shape and there are not bobbling. I use these as base layer for ski pants but also for running in colder weather.

I use the tights as an under layer to work in an unheated environment. Very pleasant and warm tights. The belt does not twist and tightens just to hold securely without tightening. When you activate, you are not too hot. To recommend!

The 260 is not suitable for layering because of its thickness, but it is comfortable because you can wear one in the room. The 200 can also be used for trousers.

Amazing warm merino wool base layer! Highly recommend this product for all your outdoor winter activities!! 100% merino wool with no bulk under other layers!

You can stay warm and comfortable even in snowy mountains. As expected, I was interested in merino wool.
