It was definitely a budget printer , I have a little trouble setting up , 1- i bought different ink cartridges from another manufacturer but it needs the hp ink cartridges that comes with it to set up after that I changed them to the other ones and it works no problem , I bought home office ones , double the size and £5 cheaper, I wouldn’t sign up to the ink deal from hp they charge per sheet of paper not as you use ink . 2- I had trouble connecting to my laptop but I watched YouTube video and it recommended switching off printer and on again after you set it up on the app , address that it worked great , what you need to remember is it’s a budget printer and I would recommend it for the money ,

I have no idea what people have been doing to find it difficult, but this has been the easiest set up process ever. Amazing delivery speed from Amazon, then app installed, WiFi connected in no time, inserted paper and ink cartridges and have printed already ten documents I need to look at until in 3 days from now. Frankly I wonder what some of the reviewers are describing here - is it really the HP DeskJet 2710 All-in-One Printer ? Because I can only say this printer is perfect for that price and simply fantastic and easy to use. I'd be happy to be contacted to verify that I am absolutely happy with this printer. And believe me, I have written loads of bad reviews when an item is rubbish.

I rarely leave reviews but feel motivated to in this case because of all the 'hard to set up' reviews, which nearly put me off. I've just completed the set-up, have a laptop and 2 phones connected through wifi and it really couldn't have been much easier. It was just a case of following the instructions.For the price, I'm impressed. No, it's not the fastest printer in the world but if you wanted one of those you'd buy a more expensive printer, wouldn't you?Keep your expectations realistic and this printer meets them. Or so far so good at any rate!

Cannot really complain about the speed of printing for the price and the lack of availability of printers online at present.However if you are hoping to mass produce anything in great detail, you may want to look elsewhere.10/10 - If you are just looking to print some basic office documents or a stop gap until more printers come back in stock.Setup can be a little tedious as well. Kept losing connection, but that could just be a personal iOS/Network thing.

Took a couple of goes and a call to a very good customer service agent to get me started but this is a cracking little printer and scanner that can print from our phones / laptop / desktop - anything that is connected to the WiFi.Have joined up with the HP ink service on the basic scheme as I like the idea of having genuine ink that will not clog the jets.£40 and prime delivery was a bargain!

After seeing the mixed reviews, I was worried about purchasing this printer but because of desperation decided to go ahead. It was easy to set up (15 minutes) and so far is working perfectly, I have only printed 4 documents and scanned a couple but even so I can not complain yet! Hopefully it continues this way!

Quick and easy setup. I bought mine and it prints very well and nicely. Doesn’t come with printing cable (only power cable available) but I have been using Wifi and its working perfectly. The printing is not as fast as heavy duty printers though but okay for a home printer.

Great value, good size and the fact that it’s wireless it makes it so easy. It took me 5 mins to set it up, install the app on my phone and printed :)It arrived within one day, overall I am very happy

Seems to work fine for home-based printing / scanning but a bit noisy when printing normally.There is a 'quiet' mode but printing is slower.

My printer broke so I needed another ASAP. The delivery was so quick and it was so quick to set up aswell. Really happy!
