From the size, color, quality and price, you would know it is really a perfect bag.The first thing you will notice about the bad should be the vibrant colors offered. There are more than 30 colors for you to choose. No matter you like dark one, light one or colorful bags, you all can find one color that is satisfying.

My main concern was that the lower price (~£58) and the external seller meant that it was a fake. As soon as it arrived, I checked about 4 or 5 websites with fake vs authentic photographs just to put my mind at rest. I also have a black Herschel retreat bag that I bought on the high street, so I used that to compare too. The very minor details (matte plastic, "enjoy your stay!" on the reverse of the "Welcome to Herschel" tag on the fleece pocket, the tags, the padding, the design of the plastic end on the drawstring pull, the front pocket zipper, the plastic key holder inside the front pocket - even the labels stitched into the inside of the bag - were all identical to the 'genuine' bag.

Lovely bag which was a gift. The only downside is because the leather handles are so new and firm, they end up splitting as a result of them being kept in a bent position when the bad is unused. This is likely a design fault. I had to return the first one (back to Hershel who provide an excellent warranty). A similar problem would have occured with the second one so I used lots of leather conditioner to soften the handles with the second one. We have had the second bag for about 3 months now and no problem with this one.

I love this backpack. I'm a small (5'1") and most backpacks are overwhelming on me. This one fits perfectly but is still big enough to hold my rather large science textbooks without a problem. It has a laptop sleeve which is a nice touch and the straps are padded and comfortable. I've had it for a few months and I haven't seen any signs of wear at all yet.If you're taller than I am--or a guy--I would definitely recommend getting the bigger version. But for smaller people this backpack is perfect!

I love this packpack, I really do but I just wish it had an easier to access pocket for quick things like my phone. As a female, I love wearing leggings...constantly so I rarely have pockets. When I use this, I have to keep my phone in my hand at all times because to keep unzipping and zipping the front pocket isn't quick enough. Same with a water bottle, you have to keep opening and closing it.. small issues I guess.

Great bag, but you know what to expect as it is so popular these days. To me it feels a little on the large size, so great if you are taking it on day out trip as it fits a lot. But if you need a small rucksack to carry around with you every day for just a few things, it's quite large. It fits bigger laptops than a 13 inch, I can fit in my 14" one but a 15 one would probably go in just as well.

What a fabulous product this is.I bought this for my wife and she loves it. Most back packs tend to be function of form - but not this. It looks very stylish and is easy to wear. Inside the back pack, there are a couple of pockets for certain items (i.e. phone, umbrella etc.). It also feels very well made and will withstand the rigors of daily life.Highly recommended product

I bought this thinking I would like it. It is a nice looking back pack, but there were a couple issues I had.The first was that it appeared very small on my back, almost like a little kid's backpack.The other issues was, it did not fit my large work laptop.I still liked it though, so gave it away as a gift and the recipient is very pleased.

I bought this bag as a gift for my boyfriend before we went on vacation in Italy. He loved it! More stylish that the back pack he had, and was super comfortable with the padded straps. Great quality! Only down side is it's a little on the small side. ( I originally bought and returned the one size smaller. This is definitely an improvement.

At first when I wore it I honestly thought it was small and girly, but I realized as I started to wear it, it looked really clean and nice. I got lots of compliments and looks really nice as well. Small bag just right for school, not for lots of stuff.

This is a great mid-sized backpack. It features one large pocket and one very small pocket. The front pocket is big enough for a small wallet, phone, and keys, but that's it. It's a great looking pack, perfect as a day pack in an urban area

I ordered this a few weeks ago in black with tan straps and really love it. It fits a lot and has good compartment space. My favorite feature is how the straps connect magnetically rather than with zippers.

I love the style, color and utility as a backpack for school commute. The only issue is that the magnetic closures aren’t robust enough to remain closed when the backpack is full.

This is a good bag, it does what you want it to. Some of the details are fantastic, like the fleece lined laptop sleeve and the zip and clasp for the small front pocket.

Great bag. Really practical and has so much room. Very good quality and arrived within a day of me ordering. Highly recommend for uni/college students.
