This is a fantastically comfortable backpack and I have loved using it almost every day for the past 18 months. I would give it five stars except that the base seam (the stitching between the base and foam back) has failed. Despite the rest of the back looking immaculate, it has worn through at the point where the backpack rests against your lower back/hips.To me, this is a small design flaw that could have easily have been rectified during design and testing stages simply by moving the seam.It's such a shame that I am now forced to replace an otherwise fantastic backpack.

Absolutely fantastic bag, it's semi rigid, so it keeps its shape well, the main compartment loads from the side and has a laptop compartment. Small items go in the top, so you can open the lid and sift through them without anything falling out.

Had this exact bag before, but after years of daily use it broke.Very practical with the side opening feature, would highly recommend it.I just miss the multitude of colours that they used to have.
