Have been looking for something to slice mushrooms for a long time. Those devices that use wires to cut invariably break after only a few uses and are poor value. Whilst more expensive to buy in the first place, this slicer is very solid with proper blades which cut well. A much better product for the long run.

it is excellent for strawberies, mushrooms. I have even cut carrots, spring onions, white-part of leeks. hint: try not to put too much at a time, small quantities is pleasure to cut. cutting became a pleasure!if only it was a bit bigger...

What a brilliant gadget! It is so efficient and fast and a breeze to clean. It will slice tomatoes, mushrooms, strawberries, cucumber, the list goes on! I love it and it arrived in record time very well packaged.
