I got this pan after getting rid of all toxic non-stick pans I used to have, and must say I’m amazed by its quality and versatility. I use it almost every and am barely using any other pots and pans anymore. It’s great for pasta sauces, curries and alike, although I do prefer carbon steel for searing meat and fish. I also bought a lid for it (from the same brand) which fits perfectly. The pan is very good quality. I’ve been using it almost every day but it still looks shiny and new. I would absolutely recommend it.

PositiveGreat build, heats evenly.Negativeit produces a buzzing noise on inductiion hob. I do not have this noise with smaller pans, but with 28cm one it is quite loud. Also, I do not have any noise with cast iron. I do not have another big stainless steel pan to compare it, so I cannot say if the problem is with this model or it is common for all stainless steel cookware.

This is a Fissler pan. I only use Fissler pans and pots etc. They are the best. They last a lifetime, hence the cost has to bee judged differently. Buy Fissler and forget about buying anything else ever.
